IRRIGATION PIPE AND METHOD OF FABRICATION
An irrigation pipe and method of fabrication that utilizes a pipe that is made of a durable material, e.g., stainless steel or aluminum. During fabrication, the pipe is equipped with a plurality of components, i.e., a flange assembly, a truss mount, and an outlet, without drilling, welding, or the like. In this manner, a method of fabrication is provided that enables a plurality of components to be assembled to the pipe without compromising the integrity of the pipe material or treated surface so that galvanizing or painting is not required after the plurality of components have been fitted to the pipe.

Nested flange joint
The present disclosure provides flanged joint or interface between two passageways. The flanged joint includes a first passageway, a connector, and a second passageway. The first passageway may, but not necessarily, be formed via casting process wherein an integrated flange may be defined at the opening of the first passageway such that the integrated flange defines a recess. The connector includes a support body having a fastener region at an upper end of the support body and a flange region at a lower end of the support body. The support body defines an aperture which is configured to support the second passageway. The flange region defined in connector is configured to engage with a recess defined in the first passageway.
Cooling pipe joint for motor cooling and motor cooling device provided with cooling pipe joint
A cooling pipe joint which enables easy fine adjustment of the length of a cooling pipe which extends from the cooling pipe joint. The cooling pipe joint is provided with a base part, a fastening member which is fastened to the base part, a deforming member which is arranged between the base part and the fastening member, and a first slanted surface which slants with respect to a center axis. This first slanted surface presses against the deforming member by the force of fastening the fastening member to the base part and makes the deforming member deform to a direction approaching the center axis.
Sliding connector spool
An embodiment includes a spool that may expand and contract to ease removal and addition of components to an oilfield manifold. The spool may comprise: a first conduit to couple to a first flange via a first ring joint gasket; a second conduit to couple to a second flange via a second ring joint gasket, the second conduit including threads; a third conduit coupled to the first and second conduits; and a fourth conduit including threads, the threads of the fourth conduit directly engaging the threads of the second conduit. The first, second, and third conduits collectively form a channel that couples first and second opposing ends of the spool to one another and which includes a long axis. Rotating the fourth conduit about the long axis moves the second conduit linearly along the long axis.
Method of using a mechanical joint restraint
A method of using a mechanical joint restraint includes inserting an end of a pipe length into a gland bore of a gland, a ring bore of a gripping ring, and a gasket bore of a gasket, the gland, the gripping ring, and the gasket together forming the mechanical joint restraint; inserting at least a portion of the gasket of the mechanical joint restraint into a socket of a piping element; inserting the end of the pipe length into the socket of the piping element; and drawing the gland towards a flange of the piping element to compress the gasket into sealing engagement with the piping element and the pipe length.
Pipe connection device and manufacturing method thereof
A pipe connection device according to the present invention includes: a connection member including a projection in which an insertion space is formed in the projection and a pipe is inserted through one side and which is bent in a circumferential direction at the other side and a separation preventing unit which is spaced apart from the projection and protrudes in the circumferential direction; and a flange member coupled to the circumference of the connection member between the projection and the separation preventing unit so as to contact the projection and having a joining hole penetrated by a joining member.
MECHANICAL JOINT RESTRAINT
A mechanical joint restraint can include a one-piece, elastic gasket defining an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface defining a bore, the bore defining an axis therethrough, the gasket defining a first gasket end and a second gasket end, the gasket including: a main body positioned between the first gasket end and the second gasket end; a first stop lip extending radially inward from the main body with respect to the axis of the gasket, the first stop lip defining a first lip height; a gland positioned axially outward from the main body of the gasket with respect to the first gasket end with the mechanical joint restraint in an assembled condition; and a gripping ring positioned adjacent to at least one of the gasket and the gland.
SEAL ASSEMBLY
A seal assembly, comprising: a connector body having an open end configured for receiving a free end of a pipe; an adaptor for securing at the free end of the pipe; the adaptor comprising a first ring, configured to be mounted around the circumference of the free end of a pipe, and a second ring configured to cooperate with the first ring in order to drive the first ring into engagement with an outer surface of the pipe; and a mechanical interlock arrangement configured for driving the adaptor in the direction of the connector body, when the adaptor is secured at the free end of the pipe; and wherein the mechanical interlock arrangement is further configured for preventing or limiting axial movement of the pipe relative to the connector body, when the adaptor is secured to the outer surface of the pipe and when the free end of the pipe is in sealing contact with a metal seal surface of the connector body.
