Device for a distribution mast, distribution mast having a device, and system having a distribution mast
A device for a distribution mast includes a line and a line section mounting. The line has a mast line section and a loose rotational line section, and the rotational line section is rotatably connected to the mast line section. The line section mounting has a loose rotational holding element and a rotary bearing, and the rotational holding element keeps the rotational line section at a distance from the mast line section. The rotary bearing is designed to be supported by a mast segment for the distribution mast and for rotatably connecting the rotational holding element to the mast segment and defines a circle, the line being guided through the circle.
Flexible joint with support
A flexible joint includes a pair of generally tubular members and a ring (e.g., gimbal ring). The tubular members are pivotally connected to the ring by pivot pins such that the pivot axes of the tubular members is generally perpendicularly related to each other to form a hinge. A support structure may interconnect the pivot pins and may be configured to support the pivot pins across the joint to maintain a generally perpendicular hinge orientation. A conduit may connect the tubular members.
Swivel
A fluid swivel (100) comprising a first part (100a) and a second part (100b) configured to mutually rotate about a common center axis (A). The swivel (100) has a central bore (101) configured to accommodate a fluid to be transported through the fluid swivel (100). A central member (12) is arranged in the central bore (101), and the center axis (A) extend through the central member. A hydraulic line (43, 53) extends from the first part (100a) to the second part (100b) through the central member (12).
CONNECTION DEVICE FOR PIPES IN GENERAL
A connection device for pipes, of a type comprising a hose-holder (18) mounted on an end portion (3) of the pipe, a hose-holder (16) mounted on the other end portion (6) of the same pipe and an element (15) for the connection of said hose-holders (16,18) consisting of a substantially tubular body having a longitudinal hole (30) therethrough, wherein said element (15) comprises a circulating ball portion (17) for the connection to one (16) of said hose-holders. The device has the advantage that no connection threads having a shoulder protruding on the pipe surface and capable of damaging it are required.
Rotatable joint
A rotatable joint to carry high-pressure and low-pressure liquids to a workstation can include a housing, two connecting heads, a first connecting member, a second connecting member, and a rotation member. The housing defines a first connecting hole positioned along a center housing axis and a second connecting member spaced from the first connecting member and parallel to the housing axis. The first connecting member, the second connecting member, and the rotation member can be installed in the housing in that order. One connecting head communicates with the first connecting member, the second connecting member, and the rotation member in that order via the first connecting hole, and the other connecting head communicates with the first connecting member, the second connecting member, and the rotation member in that order, via the second connecting hole.
Swivel joint
A swivel joint including a flange assembly and an inner joint that is configured to rotate with respect to the flange assembly. The flange assembly may include a first flange and a second flange that is secured to the first flange. The inner joint may have a main body and a radial extension extending outward from the main body with the radial extension positioned between the first flange and the second flange. A first thrust bearing may be positioned between the radial extension and the first flange, and a second thrust bearing may be positioned between the radial extension and the second flange. A first seal and a second seal may each be positioned between the flange assembly and the inner joint. A leak indicator may be positioned between the first seal and the second seal. The first and second thrust bearings may be caged bearings.
Swivel hose coupling with outer grip
A water hose coupling having a swivel grip is provided. A first coupling portion with a male threaded end integral with a first larger diameter base is connected to a second coupling portion through a freely rotating connection. The second coupling portion includes a second larger diameter base. The second coupling portion further includes a coupling protrusion integral with the second larger diameter base. The coupling protrusion may have one or more barbs to interface with a hose or a threaded female coupling to interface with a male threaded connector. The coupling is connected to an end of a hose to which accessories may be attached. An outer sleeve is connected to the first larger diameter base of the first coupling portion and can freely rotate with the first coupling portion around the remainder of the apparatus and hose. The outer sleeve acts as an ergonomic grip for users to hold and rotate when using the hose and installing accessories.
HIGH-PRESSURE TOLERANT INTEGRATED LEAKAGE-PROOF SLEEVE COMPENSATOR
The present invention relates to a high-pressure-resistant integrated leakage-free rotating compensator, comprising an inner pipe, an outer sleeve, a connecting pipe and a filler flange. The outer sleeve is arranged on the inner pipe in a sleeved mode. One end of the inner pipe is inserted into the connecting pipe through the outer sleeve. The filler flange is arranged on the inner pipe in a sleeved mode. One end of the filler flange extends into the outer sleeve. An annular inner boss is arranged on the inner surface of the outer sleeve. The portion between the annular inner boss and the end, extending into the outer sleeve, of the filler flange is arranged on gland packing. The outer sleeve and the connecting pipe are of an integrally-formed integrated structure. An anti-impact plate is arranged between the gland packing and the annular inner boss. An abrasion-resistant carbon fiber layer is arranged between the gland packing and the outer surface of the inner pipe. An abrasion-resistant carbon fiber layer is arranged between the gland packing and the inner surface of the outer sleeve. The present invention thoroughly solves the problems that the weld joint flaw inspection is difficult to be performed and even can not be detected due to an existing welding method. Meanwhile, the loss of the sealing material can be effectively reduced by arranging the abrasion-resistant carbon fiber layers and the anti-impact plate, so that the sealing performance of the whole rotating compensator is improved.
The second coupling portion further includes a coupling protrusion integral with the second larger diameter base to interface with a hose or a threaded female coupling.
