Fluid connector with resealable membrane valve
An O-ring membrane valve, including an O-ring, and a resealable membrane connected to the O-ring, the resealable membrane including a first surface, a second surface, and a slit extending from the first surface to the second surface. The O-ring membrane valve may be assembled with a fluid connector, the fluid connector including a body, having a first through-bore and a first groove arranged circumferentially within the first through-bore.
Fluidic connection device for a fluid circuit of a motor vehicle
A fluidic connection device for a fluid circuit of a motor vehicle includes a female fluidic connector, a U-shaped lock, and a locking indicator. The female fluidic connector includes a housing configured to receive a male fluidic connector, by translation along an axis (A). The U-shaped lock is carried by the female connector and includes a pair of elastically deformable legs that arranged substantially in a first plane, perpendicular to the axis (A) and on either side of the axis (A) and being configured to cooperate by elastic snap-fitting with the male connector to ensure retention of the male connector in the female connector along the axis (A). The locking indicator is carried by the female connector and configured to be translated in a second plane, perpendicular to the axis (A), between a first position for releasing the locking indicator and a second position for locking the locking indicator.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to a plug assembly (1) comprising a tube (3) and a plug connector (4), which comprises a connector body (5), wherein the connector body (5) has an annulus (18) located between a first casing section (9) and a second casing section (12) of the plug connector (4), wherein the tube (3) is inserted into the annulus (18) of the connector body (5), characterized in that a tube compensating element is arranged between the tube (3) and the second casing section (12), wherein the first casing section (9) of the connector body (5) is deformed such that an interlocking connection is established between a forming region (25) of the first casing section (9) of the connector body (5) and the tube (3), wherein the tube compensating element is clamped between the tube (3) and the second casing section (12).
VERIFICATION PULL TAB CLIP FOR QUICK CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A verification pull tab clip includes a pull tab. A generally planar body extends from the pull tab and has first and second opposite sides, proximal and distal ends, and top and bottom ends. The body is elongated in a longitudinal direction that extends between the proximal and distal ends. An indication surface is disposed on the first side of the body. A cantilevered arm extends from the pull tab in the longitudinal direction and is spaced apart from the body. The arm terminates at a free end and has first and second sides. A latch is disposed at the free end of the arm. An abutment projects outwardly from the second side of the arm. The arm is deflectable away from the bottom end for securing the latch, and is deflectable away from the bottom end for releasing the latch in response to a deflection of the abutment.
FIRE PROTECTION SPRINKLER WITH A PUSH-IN CONNECTION
A sprinkler with a push-in connection includes a sprinkler frame, an operating element, and a sealing cap. The sprinkler also includes one or more sealing gaskets and a retainer. Each such sealing gasket is located at least partially within a groove in the sprinkler frame. The retainer is also at least partially located within a groove in the sprinkler frame. The retainer connects to an internal bore of an outlet of a fluid supply conduit when the sprinkler is installed in the outlet. The one or more gaskets seal against the internal bore of the outlet when the sprinkler is installed in the outlet. The retainer is a spring mechanism so that the diameter of the retainer is reduced when the sprinkler is inserted into the internal bore of the outlet, and the retainer maintains pressure against the outlet internal bore.
COUPLING ASSEMBLY WITH VALVES
A coupling bushing includes a bushing body and a retainer for locking a coupling plug into the bushing body. The bushing body has a connecting section and a coupling section, wherein the connecting section and the coupling section are fluidically connected with each other via an inner channel. A bushing valve is arranged in the inner channel (8), wherein the bushing valve (10a) comprises a valve holder, an axially movable valve body and a valve seat. The retainer has at least one latching element, wherein the at least one latching element has a resiliently elastic design. The at least one latching element is designed to engage with a coupling plug.
QUICK-CONNECT FITTING
The disclosure herein relates to a quick-connect fitting that provides a leak-proof connection between two components of a waterway. The quick-connect fitting of the present disclosure is releasable and reusable for disconnecting and reconnecting the waterway connection. Moreover, the quick-connect fitting further comprises an audible identifier which identifies the quick-connect fitting has secured the waterway components to be connected.
FLUID LINE QUICK CONNECTOR WITH RETAINER AND DATA MATRIX
A fluid line quick connector has a retainer and a data matrix. The retainer is caused to move via a spigot upon insertion of the spigot within the fluid line quick connector. The data matrix is obstructed by the retainer when the spigot is not inserted in the fluid line quick connector, and is revealed when the spigot is inserted in the fluid line quick connector. When obstructed, a suitable reading and scanning of the data matrix cannot take place. And when revealed, in contrast, a suitable reading and scanning of the data matrix can occur.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a connector body and a retainer. The connector body includes a first opening portion and a second opening portion. The retainer includes a first leg portion, a second leg portion, and an intermediate portion that is elastically deformable in an open manner so that a distance between the first leg portion and the second leg portion is widened. An end surface of the first opening portion includes a first guide surface that guides the first leg portion in a direction where the distance is widened when a force in an insertion direction is applied to the first leg portion. An end surface of the second opening portion includes a second guide surface that guides the second leg portion in a direction where the distance is widened when a force in an insertion direction is applied to the second leg portion.
QUICK CONNECTOR
A quick connect coupling includes a hollow female connector body, a male end form configured to be received in the female connector body, a retainer, and a verifier coupled. An entry end of the female connector body defines a pair of windows on opposite sides of the entry end. The retainer extends along the windows and into a bore of the female connector body. The verifier includes legs and feet that extend into the windows and into the bore. The windows define a ramped edge, and the retainer is forced against the ramped edge by an annular upset of the male end form. The retainer spreads outward and springs back after the upset clears the retainer. The feet of the verifier include a ramped surface and spread outward in response to a force applied by the upset. The verifier can be pushed down after the legs are spread apart.
