LOCK MECHANISM OF TUBULAR BODY
A lock mechanism of a tubular body includes a housing to which a tubular body is mounted, a lock member locking and unlocking the housing and the tubular body, and a ring member rotatably attached on an outer periphery of the housing and moving the lock member between a lock position and an unlock position. When a locking portion of the lock member is locked to a locked portion of the housing, the lock member is retained in the unlock position. When the tubular body is inserted in the housing to unlock the locking portion and release an urging force accumulated in the lock member, the lock member moves to the lock position together with the ring member to lock the tubular body. When the ring member is slid in an axis direction of the tubular body after being locked, the tubular body can be locked with one touch.
Pipe fitting
A pipe fitting having a main body portion into which a retainer is inserted and which, when inserted over a pipe, a flange provided to the pipe contacts first taper portions formed to a front side of the retainer, pushes out the first taper portions, and passes by the retainer. When the main body portion is pulled off the pipe, the flange contacts second taper portions formed to a rear side of the retainer, pushes out the second taper portions and passes by the retainer.
Connector
A lock member is provided in a housing movably between a standby position and a connected position. In a state wherein the lock member is locked in the standby position, when a pipe is inserted into an opening portion of the housing, the lock member is unlocked so as to be movable into the connected position; however, a tip portion of a detection stopper abuts against a flange portion of the pipe so as to prevent the lock member from moving into the connected position. Next, when the pipe is inserted further, and the flange portion passes the position of the detection stopper, the detection stopper moves into the connected position together with the lock member.
FLUID CONNECTOR HAVING A DEFORMABLE TAB AND PLUG/CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A fluid connector comprising a body having a through-bore, a plurality of radially inwardly facing surfaces comprising a first cylindrical surface having a first diameter, a frusto-conical surface adjacent the first cylindrical surface, and a second cylindrical surface adjacent the frusto-conical surface, the second cylindrical surface having a second diameter, wherein the frusto-conical surface is arranged between the first and second cylindrical surfaces, and a plurality of outwardly facing surfaces comprising a first cylindrical surface having a first diameter, and a second cylindrical surface adjacent the first cylindrical surface, the second cylindrical surface having a second diameter, and a deformable tab integrally connected to the body and extending axially from the body.
QUICK CONNECTOR WITH TOOL RELEASE
A quick connector for connection to a complementary counterpart comprises a coupling piece and a retainer for a section of a fluid having a coupling center axis defining an axial direction AD, a radial direction RD and a circumferential direction CD. The retainer is allocated to the coupling end, wherein the retainer has at least one retaining element for retaining the counterpart and at least one actuating element for opening the retainer for pulling the counterpart out of the coupling piece. The coupling piece comprises a first flange at the coupling end, wherein the first flange has a flange opening so as to insert a tool into the flange opening so that the tool can exert a force on the retainer and the actuating element, respectively. The flange opening has an outer border, wherein the outer border lies in radial direction RD outward of the flange opening.
Plug-type connector for media lines
A plug-type connector for media lines having a coupling part into which a plug part can be inserted. The plug part can be retainingly engaged in the coupling part by a retaining clip that has at least two pairs of spring arms. The clip can be premounted on the coupling part by latching of the spring arms. The clip is U-shaped wherein legs of the U-shape form the two pairs of spring arms, which pairs are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction and are separated by a slot and are elastic in the radial and axial directions. The first pair of the spring arms interlockingly blocks the plug part against being pulling out of the coupling part, and the second pair of spring arms holds the retaining clip captively in the coupling part in pre-assembly and assembly positions.
Fluid line connector and assembly with securement detection
A fluid line connector and assembly provides remote securement detection capabilities and is hence equipped for initial assembly, subsequent quality inspection, and subsequent service techniques that are automated, robotic, and/or autonomous. The fluid line connector includes a body, a radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag, one or more actuator members, and one or more switches. The body has a passage for fluid-flow therethrough. The RFID tag can communicate with an RFID interrogator. The actuator member(s) changes the state of the switch(es) when the actuator member(s) actuates. The switch(es) is electrically coupled with the RFID tag.
MODULAR KINEMATIC AND TELEMETRY SYSTEM FOR AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM
A modular kinematic and telemetry system for an irrigation system includes a condition-based monitoring (CBM) system and a plurality of sets of modular foot assemblies. The CBM system has a housing and supports a plurality of kinematic and telemetry components. The plurality of sets of modular foot assemblies includes a first set and a second set that secure to the housing of the CBM system. The first set is configured to secure the CBM system to a first end gun configuration and the second set is configured to secure the CBM system to a second end gun configuration that is different from the first end gun configuration.
INSERT PIECE FOR INSERTING INTO A RAPID CONNECTOR DEVICE FOR FLUID LINES
An insert piece for inserting into a rapid connector device for fluid lines. The insert piece comprises a hollow cylindrical main part, and the hollow cylindrical main part extends between a front annular surface and a rear annular surface along a cylinder axis and has a passage opening extending along the cylinder axis and an outer lateral surface for arranging on the inner wall of a rapid connector device The passage opening has a passage section which expands in the direction of the front annular surface. The insert piece can prevent a fluid line and/or a rapid connector device from being damaged.
CONNECTOR HAVING A GUIDED PILOT
A connector and process for coupling a tube and the resulting assembly is disclosed. A receptacle includes a pilot in a mounting position. The pilot including an indicator piece and guide members each located in a respective channel on the receptacle and slidable within the channels from the mounting position to a final position. A retention clip having legs is urged into a spread condition during a transition between the mounting position and the final position wherein in the final position the legs of the retention clip retract to a relaxed condition, the indicator piece becomes visible on the receptacle and the first and second guide members latch the pilot to the receptacle.
