Sealed-coupling device without a retention area
Device for the connection of a duct including a tubular body provided with an axial stop for a cylindrical sleeve that defines a tubular accommodating housing and has an end which delimits an annular inlet to the housing that is radially deformable elastically. The housing includes a maintaining member for maintaining the end of the sleeve in a deformed state, the member being designed to be movable between an active position in which it maintains the end in the deformed state and an inactive position in which it is carried by the duct during the introduction thereof and allows the end to return to its rest state.
Rotation locking push-to-connect fitting device, system and method
A push fitting joint packaging arrangement allows for rotation locking as between a fitting and an inserted pipe or tubing element. In various embodiments, the arrangement comprises one or more sealing members, a fastening ring with one or more prolated ear members, a tube support member and a push release member.
FAUCET COUPLING STRUCTURE
The present invention provides a faucet coupling structure capable of enabling a user to complete the faucet installation by simply inserting the faucet instead of rotating to tighten the faucet, and enabling the user to separate the faucet by holding and rotating the faucet by hand. The user can conveniently install the faucet while adjusting the angular orientation of the faucet to a desired angle. The user can install the faucet by holding and inserting the faucet by hand, and can also separate the faucet by holding and rotating the faucet by hand. As a result, the user can install and separate the faucet without using a tool.
Push-to-Connect Fitting Device, Arrangement and Method
Embodiments of an integrated piping conduit include a device having a center body with an interior surface having a tube stop extending radially inwardly thereof, one or more head connectors, and a packing arrangement comprising at least one sealing ring, a spacer gland and a grip ring maintained within a radial housing compartment of the one or more head connectors. The packing arrangement can further include a retainer ring. In various embodiments, each head connector is secured to the center body through gluing or ultrasonic welding.
Connection device for a fluid line and corresponding assembly method
A connection device for a fluid line, which has a connection unit that can be fixed in an internally threaded fastening opening of a carrier component by means of an externally threaded section of a fastening element, said threaded section consisting of a rubber elastic material. An insertion opening extends through the connection unit and the fluid line to be connected can be inserted therein so that it projects through an annular retaining element fixed in the fastening element and is retained. The external thread of the threaded section is surrounded by at least one annular outer sealing bead which is an integral part of the threaded section, said sealing bead improving the sealing with respect to the internal thread.
Plumbing fittings
Plumbing fittings and methods of manufacturing plumbing fittings for use in drain-waste-vent systems are described herein. The plumbing fittings include a housing having at least one receiving member defining a cylindrical bore for receiving a piping member therein, at least one annular seal fittingly inserted in a receiving member, and an annular locking member dimensioned for receiving the piping member therethrough. The annular locking member includes teeth extending inwardly for locking the piping member within the receiving member. The plumbing fittings also include an annular releasing member inserted within the receiving member and movable between a locking position and a releasing position whereat the beveled portion of the annular releasing member presses against the teeth for releasing the piping member.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TAPPING WATER MAINS
A tapper for tapping a water main is disclosed. The tapper includes a tapping portion having an open first end for coupling to a saddle fitted on a water main. The tapping portion defines a first interior space to be fluidly connected to the water main. A coupling portion extends from the tapping portion and has a receiving end for receiving a service line. The coupling portion has a second interior space fluidly connecting the first interior space and the receiving end. A cutter is arranged in the first interior space. The cutter is advanceable from a starting position to a tapping position at the first end and retractable to the starting position. Related methods are also disclosed.
RELEASING DEVICE FOR DISCONNECTING A PIPE OFF OF A FITTING BODY
The invention is a device for releasing and disconnecting a fitting body off of a pipe, which is held with a gripping ring that holds the pipe in fixed position inside the fitting body. Particularly, the device is integrated into valves for disconnecting domestic valves installed over pipes, which are fixed to and extending out of walls. The essential parts of the device are a nut, a pushing sleeve matching into the nut and one or more spiral tracks that couple with bump(s)/ball(s) on the surfaces of the nut and sleeve. This coupling enables radial movement of the nut in a defined spiral forward direction over the fitting body and pushes the sleeve into the fitting body for releasing the pipe off of the gripping ring.
Pipe fitting joint assembly
A pipe fitting joint assembly including a guide sleeve, provided with a first concave-convex structure on the outer wall of one end thereof, a connecting body, provided with a second concave-convex structure on the inner walls of both ends thereof, and an inner gear ring provided with a third concave-convex structure on an inner ring thereof and a fourth concave-convex structure on an outer ring thereof. The inner gear ring is concentrically inserted into the connecting body. The fourth concave-convex structure and the second concave-convex structure are in interference fit. The guide sleeve is concentrically inserted into the inner ring gear of the connecting body. The first concave-convex structure and the fourth concave-convex structure are in clearance fit therebetween using a moving interference manner.
