COUPLING ELEMENT AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH A COUPLING ELEMENT
The present invention relates to a coupling element comprising a cannula, a body and at least one first jaw movable in rotation about a first axis of rotation. In a clamping position, the first jaw presses a hose against the cannula in a zone defined by a boundary plane spaced from the first axis of rotation by a first distance. The coupling element further comprises a movable pusher having a first bearing surface configured to exert a movement force on a force-receiving surface of the first jaw. When the first jaw is in the clamping position thereof, a first radial gap between the first axis of rotation and a contact point of the force-receiving surface and of the first bearing surface has a value greater than the value of the first distance.
PIPE RETAINER
A joint structure for connecting lengths of pipe uses a plurality of teeth to engage the surface of at least one end of the adjacent lengths of pipe to connect the ends. A deformable member applies forces to the plurality of teeth to engage the surfaces. In an aspect, the plurality of teeth are releasable. In another aspect, the plurality of teeth are permanently engaged into the surfaces.
CONNECTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHAMFERED TUBE
A coupling device for a tube (100) having an end portion provided with an outer chamfer (101), the device comprising a tubular body (1) provided internally with an annular sealing element (62) and with an attachment member (4, 40) for retaining the end portion of the tube in leaktight manner in the body. The device includes at least one retractable abutment (6) arranged so as to oppose insertion into the body of a tube end portion that is not chamfered (200) and so that the chamfer (101) of the tube end portion that is chamfered (100) forms a cam for causing the abutment (6) to retract while it is being inserted into the body (1).
A corresponding coupling method.
PUSH-TO-CONNECT FITTING PROVIDING AN INSERTION INDICATION
A tube fitting for connection to a tube includes a main body structure and a tube liner. The main body structure is configured to receive an end of the tube and fluidly connect the tube to another component. The tube liner is positioned at least partially within the main body structure and is configured to extend into the tube. The main body structure and the tube liner are configured such that, when the tube is fully inserted into the tube fitting, the end of the tube is positioned at a predetermined depth within the tube fitting, and the main body structure and the tube liner cooperate together to provide an audible indication to indicate that the tube has been fully inserted into the tube fitting.
Connection device for medium conduits
A connection device for the plug connection of at least one media line includes a housing part with at least one reception orifice for plugging in a plug portion connected or connectable to the at least one media line. The housing part includes a basic part and an insert part. The basic part is releasably connected with a form fit to the insert part via a latching connection. The latching connection holds the insert part releasably and is formed by a C-shaped spring clip which is seated on the outside of the basic part and engages with at least one latching extension radially through an orifice of the basic part into a circumferential latching groove of the insert part.
COUPLING DEVICE FOR A TUBE
The invention relates to a coupling device (1) comprising:a hollow body (2) defining a housing (3) which comprises an opening (4);a locking ring (6) arranged in the housing and intended to engage with an inserted tube;a first stop (7);a cartridge (12) against which the tube is intended to butt in order to impose a connection state on the cartridge, the cartridge being able to slide between a first and a second position, the passage of the cartridge (12) from the second position to the first position causing the locking ring (6) to butt against the first stop (7), and the passage of the cartridge from the first position to the second position placing the locking ring (6) at a distance from the first stop (7);a spring (14) exerting a force against the cartridge (12).
COUPLING DEVICE FOR A TUBE
A coupling device is provided with an indicator of good connection. In particular, the indicator is a sound emission means, more particularly a whistle, which, when activated reveals a connection fault, and, in particular, a leak, in the connection. The proposed arrangement also uses cleanliness means configured to limit, or even prevent, the entry of dust into the coupling device. In order to effectively combine the sound emission means and cleanliness means, one or more escape paths are provided that bypass the cleanliness means.
