HYDRAULIC PRESSURE RELIEF DEPRESSURIZATION VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR QUICK COUPLING
The hydraulic pressure relief depressurization valve assembly for quick coupling which is object of the present invention comprises a depressurization valve assembly (100) and (200) that can be assembled in any quick coupling that has a directional body (10) and (60), generally fixed to a manifold with access to the tank (20), an intermediate sleeve (30) and (80) and a port (40) for connection to the hydraulic system, inside which is a relief valve (50) and (90), that moves axially, provided with directional holes that make it possible to relieve the pressure during the connection and disconnection action (during the manual push and pull movement), so as to minimize the pressure forces and facilitate the installation and replacement or changing of hoses on the hydraulic line.
Nozzle Adapter for Presta Valve
A nozzle adapter for a Presta valve contains: a connection seat, at least one control element, at least one returning element, a seal cover, and a controlling means. The connection seat includes an imaginary axis line, an inlet, an outlet, an air stop ring, a conduit, an engagement position, a coupling slot, and a stopping means. A respective control element has a fixing shaft, an engaging portion, and a controlled portion. The at least one returning element is arranged on the at least one control element. The seal cover is fixed outside the coupling slot, and an airtight space is defined in the coupling slot. The controlling means mounted on a center of the connection seat opposite to the inlet and in the conduit of the airtight space to move with the controlled portion.
COUPLING DEVICE AND METHOD
A detachable coupling device with automatic closure for the transport of fluid, including two fluid transport pipes extending in a longitudinal direction and each having, at one connection end, a valve mechanism, the device also including an external tube disposed around each transport pipe and, in the coupled position, the two connection ends are configured to be relatively longitudinally displaceable between a first configuration, in which the valve mechanisms are dosed, and a second configuration, in which the valve mechanisms are open, the transition from the first configuration to the second configuration being realized by a relative longitudinal movement of the two valve mechanisms close to one another
Connector device
Various aspects of the invention described herein relate to a removable connector assembly, and methods of use and manufacture thereof. More particularly, certain embodiments relate to apparatus and methods to provide a connection to a spout disposed upon a container, such as upon a bag holding fluid. Embodiments of connector assemblies comprise an elongated outer housing, an inner housing, and a slider assembly for moving the outer surface of the sleeve member over the inner surface of the outer housing wall in a lengthwise motion to position the spout connector upon the spout and secure the spout connector in said position.
Coupling nozzle for cryogenic fluid
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for a coupling nozzle for cryogenic fluid. An example nozzle comprises a flow body defining a conduit, an inlet, and an outlet. A pneumatic cylinder is configured to slide between an extended position and a contracted position. The pneumatic cylinder is coupled to and configured to actuate the flow body. A locking mechanism is configured to secure the coupling nozzle to a receptacle. A flow control assembly comprises a valve seat fixed to the flow body adjacent the inlet and a plug configured to slide. When the locking mechanism is locked and the pneumatic cylinder actuates to the extended position, the valve seat is to disengage from the plug to open the flow control assembly. When the locking mechanism is locked and the pneumatic cylinder actuates to the contracted position, the valve seat is to engage the plug to close the flow control assembly.
Fluid system connection nozzle assembly
A connection nozzle assembly includes an inner fluid product tube, a tube sleeve secured about the fluid product tube, an outer nozzle sleeve, and a locking mechanism disposed between the fluid product tube and the nozzle sleeve. The nozzle sleeve includes a body portion and a rear portion, each being moveable between a plurality of locking positions. The body portion has at least one J-groove bracket disposed therein and the rear portion has a guide element extending into the bracket. The locking mechanism includes at least one clamping member moveable between a plurality of clamping positions and at least one drop pin moveable between a raised position and a lowered position. The nozzle sleeve is moved between the plurality of locking positions, thereby engaging the locking mechanism to secure the connection nozzle assembly to a receptacle coupling. The connection nozzle assembly can be uncoupled by reversing the nozzle sleeve.

METHOD FOR SELECTIVELY COUPLING OR UNCOUPLING A COUPLING, AND A COUPLING THEREFOR
A method for selectively coupling or uncoupling a coupling with a release, arranged between the supply conduit and a cylinder, on the basis of pressure in a supply conduit. The method includes providing an operating pressure prevailing in the supply conduit in order to provide hydraulic liquid to the cylinder on the basis thereof, and providing an uncoupling pressure prevailing in the supply conduit for the purpose of activating shut-off valves in the supply conduit and on the cylinder, and activating a release which uncouples the coupling. A coupling for respectively coupling and uncoupling a supply conduit which is connected to the coupling to/from a cylinder, as well as to an assembly including a pump, a cylinder, a supply conduit between the pump and the cylinder, and such a coupling.
INTEGRATED FLUSH-FACE CARTRIDGE
The present invention relates to a female cartridge coupling of the type suitable for being inserted into a support block, or manifold, which is connectable to a pressurized oil circuit on board the machine.
The female cartridge coupling in accordance with the present invention is characterized in that although it is configured to be inserted into a support block, it is suitable for being connected to Standard ISO 16028-compliant flush-face male couplings.
