PIPE REPAIR AND THE METHODS FOR OPERATIONAL FIXING AND DEFINITIVE WELDING THEREOF
The present invention relates to the repair of pipes, comprising a two-part ring fixed initially by a compression unit which allows the execution of longitudinal welding in order definitively to fix the two-part ring, via apertures, before the compression unit is removed. The two-part ring will be completely welded to the pipe, especially in regions close to connections, but it is necessary for the two-part ring to be fixed initially by the compression unit for the purpose of shaping and definitive geometry of the ring relative to the pipe, normalization of fluid conveyance and in order that it is possible for welding to be planned for the opportune moment.
Flange seal for pipe and repair of pipes
A watertight flange for jointing and repairing pipes is provided that includes a ring-shaped sealing gasket (2) and a metal body (3) that is perimetrically coupled on the circular surface of the ring-shaped gasket (2). The sealing gasket (2) and the metal body (3) are pressed by closing and clamping elements externally incorporated determined by bolts (4) transversally inserted in respective pairs of parallel through-axles (5) and joined integral with the metal body (3). The metal body (3) has approximately the same length as the ring-shaped gasket (2), with respective lateral ends perpendicularly folded inward and having radial cuts (31) that define related rims (32) that determine retaining means of the said ring-shaped gasket (2) in the metal body (3) and, eventually, means interlocking the watertight flange (1) itself on the surface of the pipes to be jointed.
PIPE REPAIR KIT
A pipe repair apparatus is provided. The pipe repair apparatus includes a cap. The cap includes a cylinder shape having a front edge forming an opening into the cap, a rear edge forming an opening into the cap, and at least a first side edge and a second side edge. The cap may further include a cap flange formed at the front edge having a first bend in a direction towards a central longitudinal axis of the cap and a second bend in a direction away from the central longitudinal axis of the cap. The cap is sized to fit over a pipe so that the first side edge overlaps the second side edge. A clamp secures the cap to the pipe.

The pipe replacement system includes a wrap wrapped around a pipe outer surface to form a repair sleeve having a first termination section and a second termination section. The first termination enclosure encloses the first termination section to form a first pressure containing connection with the repair sleeve. The first termination enclosure includes a first outer seal disposed around the pipe on a pipe outer surface. The first outer seal is outwardly spaced from the first termination section to annul arly seal on the pipe outer surface. The first termination enclosure further includes a first inner seal disposed around the repair sleeve on a repair sleeve outer surface. The first inner seal is inwardly spaced from the first outer seal to annul arly seal on the repair sleeve outer surface.
PIPE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM
A pipe replacement system and for repairing a pipe. The pipe replacement system includes a wrap wrapped around a pipe outer surface to form a repair sleeve having a first termination section and a second termination section. The first termination enclosure encloses the first termination section to form a first pressure containing connection with the repair sleeve. The first termination enclosure includes a first outer seal disposed around the pipe on a pipe outer surface. The first outer seal is outwardly spaced from the first termination section to annul arly seal on the pipe outer surface. The first termination enclosure further includes a first inner seal disposed around the repair sleeve on a repair sleeve outer surface. The first inner seal is inwardly spaced from the first outer seal to annul arly seal on the repair sleeve outer surface.
MODULAR KINEMATIC AND TELEMETRY SYSTEM FOR AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM
A modular kinematic and telemetry system for an irrigation system includes a condition-based monitoring (CBM) system and a plurality of sets of modular foot assemblies. The CBM system has a housing and supports a plurality of kinematic and telemetry components. The plurality of sets of modular foot assemblies includes a first set and a second set that secure to the housing of the CBM system. The first set is configured to secure the CBM system to a first end gun configuration and the second set is configured to secure the CBM system to a second end gun configuration that is different from the first end gun configuration.
MULTI-SECTIONAL COMPOSITE CLAMPS
Methods, apparatus, devices, and systems for clamping hollow structures with multi-sectional composite clamps are provided. In one aspect, a method includes: sequentially clamping at least two clamp layers around the hollow structure by clamping a first clamp layer around the hollow structure by connecting one or more clamp sections of the first clamp layer to form at least one first joint and clamping a second clamp layer around the first clamp layer by connecting one or more clamp sections of the second clamp layer to form at least one second joint. The at least one second joint and the at least one first joint mismatch with each other around the hollow structure.
MULTI-SECTIONAL COMPOSITE CLAMPS
Methods, apparatus, devices, and systems for clamping hollow structures with multi-sectional composite clamps are provided. In one aspect, a method includes: sequentially clamping at least two clamp layers around the hollow structure by clamping a first clamp layer around the hollow structure by connecting one or more clamp sections of the first clamp layer to form at least one first joint and clamping a second clamp layer around the first clamp layer by connecting one or more clamp sections of the second clamp layer to form at least one second joint. The at least one second joint and the at least one first joint mismatch with each other around the hollow structure.
