Load carrying platform shuttle
A load carrying platform shuttle (10) has a static frame (12) and a movable carriage (14). The frame is securable to a mounting location, such as a given working level of a multi-storey building under construction, and the carriage is arranged to telescope into the static frame between an extended position outboard of the mounting location and a retracted position inboard of the mounting location. The movable carriage can move between the extended position and the retracted position while carrying a load. The shuttle includes a motor (76) and gear assembly (72, 74, 78) for driving the movement of the carriage between the extended position and the retracted position while carrying the load.
TRANSLATION AXIS ASSEMBLY AND GIMBAL PLATFORM USING SAME
A translation axis assembly includes a supporting arm, a connecting plate, and a center-of-gravity adjusting device connected between the supporting arm and the connecting plate. The center-of-gravity adjusting device is configured to adjust a position of the supporting arm on the connecting plate to adjust a center of gravity of the translation axis assembly. The center-of-gravity adjusting device includes a locking assembly configured to allow the supporting arm and the connecting plate to be in a loose fit or to hold tightly to each other.
Removable or adjustable cover for garage door sensor
A sensor unit includes a garage door sensor, a frame configured to be secured at one side of an opening for a garage door, and a cover. The garage door sensor is connected to said frame. The cover is configured to accommodate at least a portion of said garage door sensor. The cover is removably secured to said garage door sensor, such as for periodic cleaning.
HOLDING DEVICE FOR A CAMERA
A holding and moving device includes a support foot, a bearing arm secured pivotably onto the support foot to form a useful load side section and a weight-side section, a first pivot arm connected to the useful load side section of the bearing arm for attachment of a useful load and/or holding device for a useful load, and a second pivot arm connected to the weight-side section of the bearing arm for attachment of a balance weight. The bearing arm and the first and second pivot arms are connected to one another such that the alignment of the first and second pivot arms are essentially parallel to one another in each position. The second pivot arm and/or the weight-side section are designed such that the weight of the first pivot arm and/or of the useful load side section is balanced in each position of the holding and moving device.
MONITOR RISER WITH STOW-AWAY DRY ERASE PAD
A monitor riser includes a base configured to be received on a horizontal support surface. A monitor support shelf is situated atop and supported by the base. A slide mechanism is situated below the monitor support shelf. A dry erase pad is supported by the slide mechanism and movable in a frontward direction from a stowed position in which the dry erase pad is at least partially received under the monitor support shelf to an extended position. The dry erase pad, when in the extended position, is movable to a propped position in which the dry erase pad is angled from horizontal to present a dry erase writing surface toward a user at a front side of the monitor support shelf.
"Tensioning Aid for Power Transmission"
A base and movable platform are connected by a linearly extendable member, so that a motor may be adjustably located at a desired distance from other machinery which receives power. A motor mounted on such a movable platform may be linearly displaced so that belts, chain, or silent chain or the like may be adjusted to operate at a desired tension. In another embodiment, a motor driving a gear train may be adjusted so that the depth of engagement of meshed teeth and the allowable backlash between a driving gear on the motor and a driven gear may be adjusted and controlled. An automatic belt tension control system may be constructed by adding a tension sensor and a control module configured to maintain operating tensions within a preferred range and optionally to emit alarms or command a shutdown if an unsafe condition is detected.
Self-contained binocular sighting system
The disclosure includes a monopod adapted for a pack or harness. It utilizes a simple mechanism which is lightweight, self-contained and easy to set-up and take down. The user never has to access another piece of equipment, nor assemble or disassemble any parts in use. Indeed, the user can access or store binoculars while on the move. The user can also shift to other fields of view instantly, without having to turn, re-level or adjust the set-up, as would be required with a tripod. The disclosure comprises a scope bracket configured to rotatably attach to a scope mount. A telescoping arm attaches to the scope bracket in a first angle relative to the telescoping arm. A telescoping arm bracket rotatably attaches to the telescoping arm in a second angle relative to the telescoping arm. A back plate supports the telescoping arm bracket against a chest of a user.
ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT RACK
An adjustable support rack includes a mounting base, a bracket and a support mount that are assembled to form a four-link mechanism, so that once the support mount is rotated, a lower supporting frame of the bracket is displaced, causing a bearing plate of the lower supporting frame to press against a pressure relief valve of a pneumatic cylinder of the bracket for allowing adjustment of the height of the support mount rapidly and smoothly.
Spring adjustment supporting arm for display support
Disclosed is a spring adjustment supporting arm for a display support. The supporting arm comprises an upright column, a big supporting arm, a medium supporting arm and a supporting arm brace rod. The upright column, the big supporting arm, the medium supporting arm and the supporting arm brace rod are hinged to form a four-bar linkage. The big supporting arm is internally provided with a cavity, and the cavity is internally provided with a spring assembly. It is not necessary to adapt to the weight of a display by means of adjusting a force arm included angle of the spring assembly, and therefore, it is not necessary to arrange a force arm included angle adjustment mechanism, thus simplifying a mechanism of the supporting arm, improving the reliability of production and mounting, reducing production costs, prolonging the service life of a product and preventing potential safety hazards.
Sensor shift structures in optical image stabilization suspensions
A suspension assembly is described. The suspension assembly including a static member or plate; a moving member or plate movable about an x-axis and a y-axis with respect to the static plate; a sensor mounting region on the moving plate; and one or more shape memory alloy (SMA) elements extending between and coupled to the static plate and moving plate. The SMA elements, when driven by a controller, move the moving plate and the sensor mounting region thereon about the x-axis and the y-axis with respect to the static plate.
