Hydrogen refueling system
The present invention is to provide a hydrogen refueling system capable to cool down the H.sub.2 pre-cooling heat exchanger fast enough when a FCV enters the HRS, so that there is no or very minimal waiting time for the customer before starting refueling. A hydrogen refueling system includes a chiller including a cooling unit that cools a circulating refrigerant by a cooling medium, a dispenser that supplies H.sub.2 to a vehicle, including a heat exchanger that cools H.sub.2 with the circulating refrigerant provided from the chiller, a circulation line that circulates the circulating refrigerant between the cooling unit and the heat exchanger, a chiller compressor that is provided in the chiller; a cold generation valve that is provided close to an inlet of the heat exchanger in the circulation line.
GAS CHARGING DEVICE
A control device of a gas charging device controls opening/closing of a control valve so that pressure increase rate of gas pressure in a tank when gas charging to the tank increases at a reference increase rate determined in advance. The control device, when gas charge to the tank begins, controls pressure increase rate at a high increase rate higher than the reference increase rate. After the difference between gas pressure in the tank when gas charging is performed at the high increase rate and gas pressure in the tank when the charging is performed at the reference increase rate has reached a predetermined pressure difference, the control device controls the opening/closing of the control valve so that gas charge to the tank is performed at the reference increase rate.
METHOD FOR DELIVERING LIQUEFIED GAS
Method for delivering liquefied gas, especially hydrogen, by means of at least one mobile storage facility, especially a storage facility transported by lorry, comprising a step of filling the mobile storage facility with liquefied gas at a source plant, the mobile storage facility containing, after filling, liquefied gas and a fraction of the vaporized gas, the method comprising a movement of the mobile storage facility from the source plant to a receiving station and a transfer of liquefied gas from the mobile storage facility to the receiving station, characterized in that it comprises a step of interim cooling of the liquefied gas contained in the mobile storage facility between the source plant and the receiving station by means of a cooling device comprising a liquefied gas tank and a refrigerating element.
