LAMP FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a lamp for a vehicle, the lamp including: a board; a light source disposed on one surface of the board; and a reflector configured to transfer heat to the board and receive heat from the board and having a reflective surface for reflecting light emitted from the light source, thereby simplifying a structure and improving spatial utilization and a degree of design freedom.
Light emitting diode having a plurality of light emitting cells
A light emitting diode having a plurality of light emitting cells is provided. The light emitting diode according to an exemplary embodiment includes a lower insulation layer covering an ohmic reflection layer, connectors disposed on the lower insulation layer to connect the light emitting cells, and an upper insulation layer covering the connectors and the lower insulation layer. An edge of the lower insulation layer is spaced apart farther from an edge of the upper insulation layer than an edge of the light emitting cell. The lower insulation layer susceptible to moisture may be protected and reliability of the light emitting diode may improve.
High beam and low beam switching device, vehicle lamp and vehicle
A high beam and low beam switching device, a vehicle lamp comprising the high beam and low beam switching device, and a vehicle, the device comprising a light shielding plate, an impeller, and a driving device that is used for driving the light shielding plate and the impeller to rotate forwards and backwards; and a limiting mechanism used for limiting the rotation angle of the light shielding plate is provided between the light shielding plate and the driving device. The high-beam and low-beam switching device can achieve the successful switching of a high beam and a low beam, and the use of a vehicle lamp will not be affected; mist or moisture in the interior of the vehicle lamp can be removed, and meanwhile, the heat dissipation effect of the vehicle lamp can be improved, and the space that is occupied by the vehicle lamp will not be increased.
Vehicle lighting with thermal control
A vehicle lighting assembly includes a solid state light emitter mounted on a first side of a substrate. A second side of the substrate is connected or adjacent to a heatsink. The heatsink may have a lower thermal conductivity than the second side of the substrate. A blower fluidly engages with the heatsink to flow fluid, e.g., air, through passages in the heatsink. The heatsink can include at least one aperture such that the moving fluid from the blower contacts at least a portion of the second side of the substrate.

Vehicle lighting unit
A vehicle lighting unit includes: a heat sink (12); a light emitting element disposed in the heat sink (12); and a reflector that is disposed above the light emitting element, and reflects emitted light emitted forward from the light emitting element. The heat sink (12) includes a base portion (22) for disposing the light emitting element on a pedestal portion (21); and a fin portion (23) that is disposed on a back surface of the base portion (22), and radiates heat generated by the light emitting element. The back surface of the base portion (22) is inclined with respect to the pedestal portion (21). In the heat sink (12), a thickness of the base portion (22) is thicker on a lower side of the light emitting element than on a rear side of the base portion (22).
CONTROL DEVICE FOR VEHICLE LAMP, VEHICLE LAMP SYSTEM, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR VEHICLE LAMP
A control device for a vehicle lamp controls an adjustment of an optical axis angle of a vehicle lamp provided with a vibration generating source that vibrates at a first frequency, and the control device includes an acceleration sensor provided in the vehicle lamp and configured to sample an acceleration at a second frequency that is a non-integral multiple of the first frequency, a receiving unit that receives a signal indicating an output value from the acceleration sensor, and a controlling unit that executes control of adjusting the optical axis angle of the vehicle lamp on the basis of the output value from the acceleration sensor.
