LOW NITROGEN OXIDE EMISSION WATER HEATER
A water heater has a gas burner in a combustion chamber below a tank. The burner has a venturi tube oriented in a collection housing, which receives a mixture of air and fuel from a duct at least partially protruding from a periphery of an exterior wall of the water heater. In some embodiments, the duct abuts the venturi tube within a collection housing in the combustion chamber.
Convertible high/lower pressure outdoor cooking apparatus, kit, and method
An outdoor cooking apparatus includes a frame having a base, a cooking surface and a wind guard having an opening 210, upper and lower edges and a side wall or walls. A first removable support bracket supporting a lower pressure burner element removably attaches to the wind guard. A second removable support bracket supporting a high pressure burner element removably attaches to the wind guard, and includes: i) a cylindrically shaped, vertically oriented tube, ii) a high pressure gaseous fuel nozzle, and iii) a fuel supply tube. The second, removable support includes a plate or plates extending from the outer surface of the tube at a position in between the upper end opening and the lower end opening.
DOUBLE FLAME CROWN GAS BURNER
A gas burner (100) comprises: a body (B), a supply unit (A) and a lid (3) having a central flame crown (C1) and a peripheral flame crown (C2). The supply unit (A) comprises: at least one supply duct (1, 2), three injectors (I1, I2, I3) connected to said at least one supply duct (1, 2), three Venturi tubes (V1, V2, V3) respectively associated with said injectors (I1, I2, I3), wherein the injectors (I1, I2, I3) and the Venturi tubes (V1, V2, V3) have parallel horizontal axes (X1, X2, X3) and fixing means (4) used to fix the Venturi tubes (V1, V2, V3) in position. The body (B) of the burner comprises a central chamber (91) and two peripheral chambers (51, 61) in communication with said Venturi tubes (V1, V2, V3) and with an upper central chamber (92) and an upper peripheral chamber (7) respectively disposed under the central flame crown (C1) and the peripheral flame crown (C2).
Low NOx burner
A low NOx burner has a housing that includes a burner head defining a gas manifold and a primary flame zone downstream of the burner head. The burner has a gas inlet for receiving gas. Flow-through air vents are disposed around a center of the burner head and extending through the burner head thereby enabling cold core air to flow from an annular core space upstream of the burner head to the primary flame zone downstream of the burner head. The burner also includes a plurality of premix air vents in fluid communication with the manifold for premixing air and gas within the manifold and for emitting premixed air and gas into the primary flame zone. A plurality of staging pipes extend from the manifold into the primary flame zone for conveying gas into the primary flame zone. The burner includes an ignition device extending into the primary flame zone.
TORCH ASSEMBLY
Provided is a torch assembly comprising a body having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, an ignitor assembly, and a burn tube comprising a first portion oriented in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the body and having a first diameter, and a second portion having a bend configured to direct the flame of the torch in a direction with respect to the longitudinal axis, the second portion having a second diameter greater than the first diameter. The angle of the bend can be ninety-degrees with respect to the longitudinal axis. The torch can further include a trigger lock mechanism to restrict movement of a trigger and a run lock mechanism configured to hold the trigger in an on position.
Venturi housing assembly and method
A venturi housing assembly having a horizontal wall that is cast as part of the venturi housing assembly. A plurality of gas/air release openings are cast into the horizontal wall that gradually provide a balanced mix of gas and air to one or more burner heads and release the gas and air mixture in order to provide an even heat pattern.
Combination Fuel Fire Pit
A portable combination gas and wood fire pit device comprises a spark screen disposed over a fire bowl and a grating disposed across an open top of the fire bowl. A gas burner is disposed in the fire bowl and below the grating. A cover plate is disposed over the gas burner and spaced above the gas burner to cover an open cup and neck of the gas burner from above. The spark screen has a cylindrical shape with vertical side wall extending above the fire bowl and a solid section and a mesh section. The solid section has interior and exterior perimeters forming a silhouette or stencil defining an object comprising at least: an animal, a person, a landscape, or combinations thereof.
Gas burner with inward facing flame
A gas burner with inward-facing flames has a base body disposed under a cooktop and a discoid lid disposed onto the base body. The base body has a central chamber connected to a horizontal Venturi tube fed by a gas injector. A peripheral annular chamber and partitions-defining apertures provide communication between the central chamber and the peripheral annular chamber. The lid has a central dish disposed onto the central chamber of the base body, an intermediate toroidal portion disposed onto the partitions of the base body, and a flame ring disposed onto the peripheral annular chamber for propagation of flame inwards.
Submerged burner with multiple injectors
A submerged burner for a glass- or rock-melting furnace, including a plurality of in-line injectors, each injector including a cylinder-shaped mixing chamber, with an ejection orifice, a fuel-supply duct and an oxidant-supply duct opening into the mixing chamber at the cylinder jacket in a direction causing a tangential flow of the fuel and of the oxidant relative to the cylinder jacket, and a duct system making it possible for a coolant to flow inside the burner, and, preferably on either side of the alignment of injectors, placed parallel to and all along the latter, solid metal sides rising from the injectors, and protective partitions situated on the top of the solid metal sides.
GAS BURNER, IN PARTICULAR FOR A COOKING TOP FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
A gas burner is provided herein. The gas burner includes a base having a Venturi element adapted to receive a gas from an injector and a duct configured to supply an air-gas mixture to said burner.
