Adjustable gas grill burners are disclosed. Methods of making and using adjustable gas grill burners are also disclosed.

Method for flame straightening and burner assembly for this purpose

A method for flame straightening is disclosed, wherein acetylene with oxygen is combusted by means of a burner to yield a flame, and the flame is directed onto a workpiece so as to heat the workpiece, wherein an electric field is applied between the burner and the non-melting workpiece which is electrically conductive, or the electric field is applied between the burner and a non-melting electrode arranged on the non-melting workpiece side to reduce NOx emission.

Gas cooking appliance

A gas cooking appliance is disclosed that according to one embodiment includes at least one gas burner and a gas tap. The gas tap includes a gas inlet conduit and at least one gas outlet conduit suitable for conducting gas to the gas burner. An injector arranged fixed to the outlet conduit, the outlet conduit being in fluid communication with the injector with the injector providing an outlet for the gas flow to the burner. The injector includes at least two outlet holes for the exit of gas to the burner, with each outlet hole having a respective outlet mouth.

Gas tap for a gas burner, and a gas cooking appliance incorporating said gas tap

A gas tap for a gas burner that includes a gas inlet conduit for the entry of gas at a nominal pressure, at least one outlet conduit suitable for conducting gas to the burner through an outlet hole, and a rotating regulating element for regulating the incoming gas flow from the inlet conduit to the outlet conduit. The outlet conduit conducting a variable flow rate gas flow to the outlet hole when the regulating element rotates along an angular path. The gas tap also includes at least one constant flow outlet conduit for conducting a minimum constant flow rate gas flow (Qc) at nominal pressure (Pn) to the burner through a constant flow outlet hole when the regulating element rotates along the angular path.

A burner assembly including a gas inlet fixture for use with a burner tube, the gas inlet fixture including a plurality of tabs to engage a neck of a gas control valve to improve ignition and center the gas flow down the center of the burner tube.

BURNER TUBE AND VENTURI FOR GAS GRILL

The present inventions provide, among other things, tapered burner tubes having raised gas ports and a smooth interior surface free from obstructions. Venturi members creating a smooth flow of the gas/air mixture along the top of the burner tube are also provided.

CONVEYOR OVEN AIR SYSTEM

A conveyor oven for cooking food and having an oven chamber in which food is cooked; a conveyor moveable to convey food within the oven chamber; a burner assembly operable to emit a flame to heat air for cooking food moving within the oven chamber on the conveyor; a burner tube extending into a compartment and positioned to receive at least a portion of the flame emitted by the burner assembly; and one or more passive tubes in the compartment positioned opposite the burner tube, wherein elongated baffles are located between adjacent passive tubes, wherein a baffle plate is located between the burner and passive tubes to restrict airflow from the burner tube to the passive tube, and/or wherein shelf assemblies in the oven enable movement (and in some cases removal) of a shelf with a corresponding fan and/or motor without disturbing other shelves and their corresponding fans and/or motors.
