09879856 · 2018-01-30 ·

The present invention provides a gas combustor which includes a gas container having a discharging nozzle, a fuel gas controlling device, and a piston disposed between the gas container and the fuel gas controlling device and capable of being reciprocally moved; through the pressure applied by a second spring provided in the fuel gas controlling device to the piston being greater than the pressure of a first spring and the fuel gas in the discharging nozzle and the pressure applied by the second spring to the piston being smaller than the pressure for vaporizing fuel in a vaporization chamber, the piston is enabled to be reciprocally and axially moved for opening or closing the discharging nozzle, thus the liquid gas can be effectively and fully vaporized and the combustion efficiency can be greatly enhanced.

Welding torch with a fixing element for the gas nozzle, said element being capable of extension; process control method for a welding system equipped with said welding torch; gas nozzle for said welding torch; and contact tube for said welding torch

The invention relates to a single- or multi-wire welding torch (6), more specifically to a laser-hybrid single- or multi-wire welding head provided with the welding torch (6) which can be connected to a welding device via a hose pack and consists of several parts such as a torch handle, a tubular welding torch housing, a contact housing, a contact tube for each welding wire (21a, 21b), a gas nozzle (2) etc., wherein an internal insert (28) for receiving the contact tube(s) (20a, 20b) and the gas nozzle (2) is mounted in an end area of the welding torch housing. A fixing element (30) made at least partially of a flexible material is placed on the internal insert (28) or on the housing (2) for producing as required an, in particular, gas-tight connection between said internal insert (28) and the gas nozzle (2) pushed thereon. This connection can be established by the spatial extension of the fixing element. A method for the process control of a robot welding system, a gas nozzle cap and a gas nozzle (2) for a welding torch (6) are also disclosed.

A blow torch nozzle (10) having a swirler (26) which is bounded by a generally cylindrical shape (42). The swirler (26) a passageway (28, 40) extending through it defined by a wall surface of the swirler (26). A part of the wall surface extends at an angle to the axis of the nozzle (10) to impart a rotary motion to gases which pass through the swirler (26) in use. The wall surface opens out onto a side of the swirler (42) so the wall surface defines a recess (28, 40) extending inwardly from the side of the swirler (26). The swirler (26) may be provided with a short tube or ring (50) which surrounds the swirler (26) and has ends which are substantially flush with those of the swirler (26). The swirler (26) may be held within the tube or ring (50) by means of an interference fit.

Rotating electrical connection with locking axial and radial positions for use in welding and cutting devices
