Nozzle structure for hydrogen gas burner apparatus

The present disclosure provides a nozzle structure for a hydrogen gas burner apparatus, capable of reducing an amount of generated NOx. A nozzle structure for a hydrogen gas burner apparatus, includes an outer pipe, an inner pipe disposed concentrically with the outer pipe, and a stabilizer configured to throttle a space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The inner pipe includes an inner pipe end part with an axial opening hole and a circumferential opening hole formed therein, the axial opening hole penetrating in an axial direction of the inner pipe, the circumferential opening hole penetrating in a radial direction of the inner pipe. A hydrogen gas flows through the inner pipe. The circumferential opening hole lets the hydrogen gas flow out from the inner pipe in the radial direction of the inner pipe.

Effluent gas inlet assembly for radiant burner

An inlet assembly for a burner includes an inlet nozzle defining an inlet aperture coupleable with an inlet conduit providing an effluent gas stream for treatment by the burner, a non-circular outlet aperture, and a nozzle bore extending along a longitudinal axis between the inlet aperture and the outlet aperture for conveying the effluent gas stream from the inlet aperture to the outlet aperture for delivery to the combustion chamber of the burner.

In a combustion apparatus provided with: a combustion box having a connection flange part for connecting a heat exchanger to an upper end of the combustion box; a partition plate disposed inside the combustion box for partitioning space inside the combustion box into a combustion chamber and an air supply chamber which lies under the combustion chamber; and a plurality of laterally arrayed burners which are elongated longitudinally, the internal volume of the combustion box is increased without increasing a height dimension or without enlarging the connection flange part, thereby restraining the occurrence of resonance sounds. A drawn part projecting laterally outward of the combustion box is provided in such a portion of each side-plate part as is above the partition plate, over a predetermined range in the vertical and longitudinal directions. An upper side of the drawn part is preferably positioned below the upper end of the burners, and is preferably parallel with the upper end of the burners.

POOLSIDE BURNER

A poolside burner having a central gas feed and a burner ring having longitudinally-oriented slit-like flame orifices. The burner ring is securely attached to a burner plate having a centralized hole through which a feeder extends and mates with a central distribution tube connected to the burner ring.

OUTDOOR DECORATIVE BURNER

An outdoor decorative burner having a direct gas feed and a linear burner having a plurality of longitudinally-oriented slit-like flame orifices. The linear burner is securely attached to a plate by at least two wrap brackets. A direct spark igniter and a flame sensor are included and surrounded by protective cages.

CAP TO CHANGE INNER FLAME BURNER TO VERTICAL FLAME

A burner assembly includes a spreader, a burner base, and at least one annular burner cap. The spreader has a bottom and a combustion chamber that is defined by a crenellated wall wherein a plurality of fuel exit portions defines the crenellated wall. The burner base includes a peripheral wall. The at least one annular burner cap is coupled to the peripheral wall of the burner base and is positioned on the crenellated wall.

Combustor

A combustor is provided, including a pipe and a burner tray. The pipe is transverse U-shaped, including a first pipe section and a second pipe section. The first pipe section has an inlet, and the second pipe section has an outlet extending along an axial direction thereof. The second pipe section has at least one reduced section, wherein a smallest sectional area in the reduced section is smaller than sectional areas on both sides of the reduced section. The burner tray is connected to the second pipe section, provided over the outlet, and has a plurality of flame holes which communicate with the outlet. Whereby, with the reduced section, the flow including gas could be evenly delivered to the burner tray. As a result, after the gas exhausted through the flame holes is ignited, the combustion range would be evener, which enhances the combustion efficiency.

Cap to change inner flame burner to vertical flame

A gas burner having a switchable flame includes a combustion chamber having a bottom and a circumferential crenellated wall with a plurality of fuel exit ports disposed in the circumferential crenellated wall. The fuel exit ports are directed generally inwardly toward the combustion chamber and also upwardly from the bottom of the combustion chamber. The gas burner additionally includes a burner base and a swirl spreader disposed above the burner base which defines a top portion of the circumferential crenellated wall of the combustion chamber. An annular burner cap set includes an inner flame burner cap and a vertical flame burner cap where the inner flame burner cap and the vertical flame burner cap are selectively and alternatively positioned on the circumferential crenellated wall to define an inner flame state and a vertical flame state, respectively, of the fuel exit ports.

An inlet assembly for a burner includes an inlet nozzle defining an inlet aperture, a non-circular outlet aperture, and a nozzle bore extending along a longitudinal axis between the inlet aperture and the outlet aperture for conveying an effluent gas stream from the inlet aperture to the outlet aperture for delivery to the combustion chamber of the burner. The nozzle bore extends from the inlet aperture to the non-circular outlet aperture. A baffle couples the inlet portion with the outlet portion, and defines a baffle aperture positioned within the nozzle bore. The baffle aperture has a reduced cross-sectional area compared to that of the outlet portion adjacent the baffle. A secondary gas stream nozzle provides a secondary gas stream. The secondary gas stream nozzle being positioned to mix the secondary gas stream with the effluent gas stream within the nozzle bore.
