The disclosed technology can include a system and method that can receive current data from a current sensor and temperature data from a temperature sensor, determine whether the current is greater than or equal to a threshold current and whether the temperature is greater than or equal to a threshold temperature, and output a control signal to heat the fluid using the heat pump only or the electric heating element only based on the current data and the temperature data.
Hot water supply system, server and non-transitory computer readable recording medium
A hot water supply system includes a hot water supply device which can be connected to an external communication network via a communication repeater, and a server. The server obtains, in pairing processing of associating a mobile terminal device which can remotely control the hot water supply device with the hot water supply device, identification information of a communication repeater to which the mobile terminal device is connected, and stores the identification information along with pairing information. Besides, the server performs control to determine conditions of the remote control based on whether the identification information of the communication repeater stored in association with the hot water supply device being a remote operation destination matches identification information of the communication repeater received from the mobile terminal device in the communication, when the communication of the remote control is received from the mobile terminal device.

The disclosed technology includes systems and methods for operating a fluid heating device comprising a heat pump and an electric heating element.
Hot water supplying apparatus and method for utilizing waste heat of hot water supplying apparatus
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot water supplying apparatus which enables supply of hot water by utilizing waste heat of a pipe and a boiler as a heat source if there is a small quantity of residual hot water to use therefor, the residual hot water being required when using hot water of an instantaneous boiler, and a method for utilizing waste heat of a hot water supplying apparatus. The hot water supplying apparatus of the present invention for achieving said purpose comprises: a sensible heat exchanger for heating a heating fluid by means of combustion heat from a burner; a hot water supply heat exchanger for generating hot water by means of a heat exchange between the heating fluid heated by the sensible heat exchanger and direct water, and supplying the hot water to a faucet; and a pump for circulating the heating fluid via a heating fluid flow path which connects the sensible heat exchanger and the hot water supply heat exchanger, wherein the hot water supplying apparatus comprises: a signal reception unit for receiving a final hot water use signal; and a control unit for stopping the operation of the burner on the basis of the signal received by the signal reception unit and controlling the pump to circulate the heating fluid.
Thermal server plant and a method for controlling the same
The present invention relates to a thermal server plant (40) arranged to be connected to a thermal energy circuit (10) comprising a hot conduit (12) configured to allow heat transfer liquid of a first temperature to flow therethrough, and a cold conduit (14) configured to allow heat transfer liquid of a second temperature to flow therethrough. The thermal server plant comprises a balancing device (41) arranged to be connected to the hot conduit and to the cold conduit for selectively allowing heat transfer liquid to flow from the hot conduit, via a regulator (42) and a heat exchanger (44), into the cold conduit or allowing heat transfer liquid to flow from the cold conduit, via the regulator and the heat exchanger, into the hot conduit. The flow direction is determined by a pressure difference between the hot and cold conduits. The heat exchanger is configured to alter the temperature of the heat transfer liquid flowing through the balancing device by selectively cool heat transfer liquid from the hot conduit or heat transfer liquid from the cold conduit.
HEAT PUMP AND METHOD OF OPERATING HEAT PUMP
A heat pump may include a compressor configured to compress a refrigerant, a first temperature sensor provided in heating pipes connected to a heating device that heats an indoor space to sense a temperature of fluid flowing through the heating pipes, and a controller. The controller may be configured to determine whether a boiler is operating to heat an indoor space or is operating to supply hot water based on a sensing value of the first temperature sensor. The compressor may operate when the controller determines that the boiler is not operating to heat the indoor space and/or determines that the boiler is operating to supply hot water.
District thermal energy distribution system
The present invention relates to a district thermal energy distribution system comprising a thermal energy circuit comprising a hot and a cold conduit for allowing flow of heat transfer liquid therethrough, a thermal energy consumer heat exchanger and a thermal energy generator heat exchanger. The thermal energy consumer heat exchanger is selectively connected to the hot conduit via a thermal energy consumer valve or a thermal energy consumer pump. The thermal energy generator heat exchanger is selectively connected to the cold conduit via a thermal energy generator valve or a thermal energy generator pump.
Local thermal energy consumer assembly and a local thermal energy generator assembly for a district thermal energy distribution system
The present invention relates to a local thermal energy consumer assembly and a local thermal energy generator assembly to be connected to a thermal energy circuit comprising a hot and a cold conduit. The local thermal energy consumer assembly is selectively connected, via a pump or a valve to the hot conduit. The local thermal energy generator assembly is selectively connected, via a pump or a valve to the cold conduit. The use of either the valve or the pump is controlled by determining a local pressure difference between heat transfer liquid of the hot and the cold conduits.
Heating and hot water supplying device
A heating and hot water supplying device includes: a circulation passage that connects a heat exchanger and an external heating terminal; a bypass passage that bypasses the heating terminal by branching from the circulation passage; a hot water supply passage for supplying the hot water heated to a preset hot water supply temperature by the heat exchanger for hot water supply; a control unit that controls operations in which this plurality of units are used; and an operation terminal for performing various operations. A distribution valve is provided in the branching portion of the bypass passage. The distribution valve adjusts the distribution ratio so that each of a heating operation, a hot water supplying operation, and a simultaneous heating and hot water supplying operation is possible. The operation terminal is provided with a prohibit switch to prohibit the simultaneous heating and hot water supplying operation.
