OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER
An outdoor unit of an air conditioner which is capable of increasing mechanical strength of a fan guard to suppress deformation of the fan guard, and further, is capable of preventing generation of a chattering sound is provided. A diameter of wire rods which configure a lateral rail portion of the fan guard is greater than a diameter of wire rods which configure a longitudinal rail portion of the fan guard, cross-sectional crank shaped fixing plates are provided on both left and right end portions of the lateral rail portion, and the fan guard is screwed to the top panel via the fixing plates.
OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER
An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including a cabinet including a base panel and a side panel; a compressor supported by the cabinet; a heat exchanger supported by the cabinet; and a leg frame at a lower end of the cabinet to support the cabinet. The leg frame includes: a channel including an upper flange coupled to the base panel, a lower flange installable on an installation surface, and a web connecting the upper flange with the lower flange. A first coupling portion and a second coupling portion are configured to fix one side portion of the channel to the side panel, and are positioned on opposite sides with the channel interposed therebetween.
Blower and outdoor unit of air conditioner comprising same
Provided are a blower, capable of suppressing noise occurring in a stator while significantly improving blowing efficiency, and an outdoor unit using the same. The present disclosure comprises: a bell mouth part spaced apart at a predetermined distance in the radial direction with respect to an outer circumferential end of a propeller fan; and a diffuser part installed on the downstream side of the bell mouth part, and having a flow path area which is enlarged from the upstream side toward the downstream side with a larger magnification rate than the magnification rate of the flow path area in the downstream end of the bell mouth part; and a stator part having a plurality of stators, wherein the stator part is arranged within the diffuser part.
OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER
Provided is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner capable of obtaining stable air blowing performance without enlarging a blower fan and decreasing the amount of air per unit area (wind velocity distribution) passing through the heat exchanger even if the capacity of the heat exchanger is enlarged by optimizing a relative arrangement and a configuration of a heat exchanger and a blower and effectively utilizing the wind of the blower which is conventionally wasted. The rotation shaft of the first blower is disposed closer to the center line in the lateral direction of the housing than the center line in a lateral direction of the left blower chamber, and the rotation shaft of the second blower is disposed closer to the center line in the lateral direction of the housing than the center line in a lateral direction of the right blower chamber.

OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER
Provided is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner which has good assembly stability by more cheaply and easily increasing mechanical strength of a housing, and in which the cost thereof is further suppressed by reducing the number of components such as screws, as an outdoor unit of a large air conditioner including two blowers. The left front pillar and the right front pillar are fixed between the front beam and the base panel hung between the front ends of the left side panel and the right side panel, and the rear pillar is fixed between the rear beam and the base panel hung between the rear ends of the left side panel and the right side panel. Therefore, the front beam and the rear beam are prevented from being distorted or bent, and thus mechanical strength of the entire housing is enhanced.

OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An outdoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus includes a compressor, a heat exchanger, and a controller. The controller includes a compressor driving circuit configured to drive the compressor, a harmonic suppressing unit configured to suppress harmonics in the compressor driving circuit, and a housing containing the compressor driving circuit and the harmonic suppressing unit. The housing has a first section having ventilation holes that allow communication between the outside and the inside, and a second section constituting a frame outside the first section. The first section contains the harmonic suppressing unit and a fan configured to blow air from inside the first section to the outside through the ventilation holes. The second section contains the compressor driving circuit.
Variable fan speed control in HVAC systems and methods
Generally, a variable fan speed control in an HVAC system is described. Such methods and systems to control fan speed can in turn improve efficiency of the HVAC system by minimizing power consumption, for example of the compressor. The control scheme is based on various operating conditions of compressor load and ambient air temperature, which are used to determine an optimum fan speed.
