The disclosure relates to an air-conditioning outdoor machine. The air-conditioning outdoor machine includes a bottom housing, a wall housing enclosed by the bottom housing, a top sub-plate provided at a top of the wall housing and a top cover removably mounted on the top sub-plate, where the bottom housing, the wall housing, and the top sub-plate define a accommodating space of an internal structure of the air-conditioning outdoor machine.

A heat exchanger, an axial-flow fan, a bell mouth, a fan motor, and a baffle plate are disposed in a casing of an outdoor unit. The casing includes a front panel provided with an air outlet, and a rear panel provided with an air inlet. The bell mouth and the baffle plate are disposed on an inner surface of the front panel. The bell mouth has a first opening opened toward the heat exchanger, and a second opening opened toward the air outlet. The baffle plate is disposed to incline from a predetermined position on the inner surface of the front panel toward where the bell mouth is disposed.

An outdoor unit according to the present invention includes an air-sending-device chamber including a heat exchanger disposed at least on the rear side within an outdoor unit body, a propeller fan having a plurality of blades and disposed on the front side of the heat exchanger, and a bell mouth disposed on the front side of the propeller fan to face an air outlet, a machine chamber in which a compressor is disposed, and a partition plate that separates the air-sending-device chamber and the machine chamber. The partition plate has a protruding shape protruding from the air-sending-device chamber toward the machine chamber. The partition plate has, on the side of the air-sending-device chamber, a recessed area corresponding to the protruding shape. The amount of recess of the recessed area is maximized at a position equal in height to the center of rotation of the propeller fan.

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes: a cabinet in which at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet are formed; a heat exchanger arranged inside the cabinet; an air inlet hood that covers the air inlet; and an air outlet hood that covers the air outlet. The air inlet hood includes: a facing panel arranged facing the air inlet; an upper surface panel arranged on an upper surface of a part between the air inlet and the facing panel; and two side panels arranged respectively on two side surfaces of the part between the air inlet and the facing panel. A lower surface air intake hole is provided to a lower surface of the part between the air inlet and the facing panel. A side surface air intake hole is provided to at least one of the two side panels.

An outdoor unit of a refrigeration cycle apparatus to be installed in an external-wall internal space of a structure includes a casing, a heat exchanger accommodated in the casing, a first air-sending device configured to cause air to pass through the heat exchanger and discharge the air to the external-wall internal space, a second air-sending device configured to suck the air discharged to the external-wall internal space by the first air-sending device and discharge the air to an outside of the structure, and a divider that divides an inside of the casing into a first air passage and a second air passage.
