METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING DRAINAGE OF DEHUMIDIFIER, AND DEHUMIDIFIER
A method for controlling drainage of a dehumidifier includes the following steps. When a compressor of a dehumidifier is powered on, it is detected whether the compressor operates or not. When it is detected that the compressor stops operating, a power device of the dehumidifier is controlled to start draining water off after a first preset period. Operation period of the power device is detected. It is judged whether the operation period reaches a second preset period or not. When it is determined that the operation period reaches the second preset period, the power device is controlled to stop operating. A dehumidifier and a drainage control device thereof are also disclosed.
METHOD FOR COOLING COMPRESSED AIR AND APPARATUS THEREOF
[PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED]
A method and apparatus for cooling compressed air include the following. Compressed air is introduced into a vortex tube where cold air and warm air are generated. The cold air and warm air are introduced into a pressure vessel where the temperature and moisture of the compressed air are adjusted. The adjusted compressed air is fed to a downstream side of the pressure vessel. Before the generated cold air and warm air are introduced into the pressure vessel, the warm air is introduced into a pre-pressure vessel disposed at an upstream side of the pressure vessel. The cold air is introduced into a cooling tube or cooling chamber which is disposed inside the pre-pressure vessel which is disposed at the upstream side of the pressure vessel. The warm air is adjusted by cooling. The adjusted warm air is introduced into the pressure vessel from the pre-pressure vessel together with the cold air.
Demand control ventilation with predictive humidity control
Systems, apparatus and methods for operating an environmental control system that delivers dehumidified outdoor air into a conditioned space through an air valve. The method includes establishing CO.sub.2 setpoints corresponding to a ventilation outdoor air flow rate and a dehumidification outdoor air flow rate, determining a humidity metric of the conditioned space, and delivering outside air to the conditioned space at the ventilation outdoor air flow rate or dehumidification outdoor air flow rate based upon the humidity metric. The outside air may be tempered with return air from the conditioned space. The dehumidification CO.sub.2 set point is determined by predicting the dehumidification CO.sub.2 set point based on the airflow quantity per occupant and the relationship of the occupant predicted water vapor emission rate and CO.sub.2 emission rate.
