The louver may include a louver rotational shaft and a plurality of vanes spaced apart from each other in a radial direction based on the louver rotational shaft. The louver actuator may be disposed so as to be in contact with a vane located at an outermost position among the plurality of vanes to change an orientation of the louver.

Ceiling type air conditioner

A ceiling type air conditioner including an indoor unit having a built-in heat exchanger and a built-in blower, and having a plurality of blowing passages for discharging, to the outside, air having passed through the heat exchanger; a discharge panel having a plurality of inlets into which air discharged through the plurality of blowing passages is delivered, an inner space at least partially communicating with the partiality of inlets, and a ring-or arc-shaped opening for discharging, into a room, air flowing into the inner space; and an air guide module mounted to the discharge panel, and moved upward and downward or rotated so as to vary airflow discharged through the opening.

AIR CONDITIONER, CONTROL METHOD FOR AIR CONDITIONER, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM

An air conditioner, a control method for an air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The air conditioner has a body, an air outlet, and an air output assembly for adjusting the air output of the air outlet. The air conditioner further has a detection device and a controller. The detection device acquires a distance value of a target object from the air conditioner. The controller is electrically connected to the air output assembly and the detection device, and controls the air output assembly to switch among different operative configurations based on the distance value.

ACTUATOR WITH AUTOMATIC FORCE SETTING AND SELF-CALIBRATION

Systems and methods for auto-calibration of current supplied to a motor of an actuator may include supplying an initial electrical current to the motor. One or more sensors may measure a condition corresponding to the motor as the initial electrical current is supplied to the motor. A processing circuit may compare the measured condition to an expected condition. The processing circuit may adjust a supply of the initial electrical current to the motor until the measured condition substantially matches the expected condition. The processing circuit may store data regarding an association between the adjusted supply of initial electrical current and the expected condition.

Air conditioner

An air conditioner includes a housing including an inlet and an outlet, and a blade rotatably provided to open and close the outlet. A blade drive device is connected to one end of the blade in a longitudinal direction of the blade to rotate the blade. A blade support unit is configured to rotatably support the other end of the blade in the longitudinal direction of the blade. The blade support unit includes a coil spring configured to apply torque to the blade and a blade holder is coupled to the other end of the blade. A first coupler is coupled to the coil spring, and is configured to penetrate the coil of the coil spring. A case is configured to accommodate the first coupler of the blade holder and is mounted to the housing. The air conditioner is capable of reducing deformation and noise in a blade.

Air-conditioning register

An air-conditioning register includes: a downstream fin; and an upstream fin. The downstream fin and the upstream fin are provided in a ventilation passage which allows air-conditioning air to flow. The downstream fin is rotatable around a center line of a first rotation shaft. The upstream fin is rotatable around a center line of a second rotation shaft further on an upstream side than the downstream fin in the ventilation passage. The second rotation shaft extends in a direction different from that of the first rotation shaft. The downstream fin is slidable in a center line direction of the first rotation shaft and has a driving unit which presses the upstream fin in a slide movement direction as the downstream fin slides.

Control board systems and methods for diagnosis of HVAC components

The present disclosure includes an HVAC system that includes a plurality of dampers each corresponding to one building zone of a plurality of building zones, a plurality of sensors each corresponding to the one of the plurality of building zones, and a control board communicatively coupled with the plurality of dampers and sensors. The control board includes a plurality of status light sources, each corresponding to one damper the plurality of dampers, a plurality of communication light sources each corresponding to one sensor of the plurality of sensors, and a microcontroller programmed to control operation of equipment in the HVAC system. The microcontroller is configured to perform “a hardware test mode” to facilitate diagnosis of the plurality of dampers by causing the plurality of status light sources to sequentially execute a first light scheme or a second light scheme in response to instructions to the plurality of dampers.

PERSONAL COMFORT VARIABLE AIR VOLUME DIFFUSER WITH IMPROVED AIR QUALITY ELEMENTS

Disclosed are techniques relating to an improved air quality device that can provide personalized comfort and improved air quality elements to occupants of a common space. The improved air quality device can comprise a plurality of individually adjustable directional outlets. The state of these individually adjustable directional outlets can be updated to individually satisfy comfort levels of various occupants at different locations within the common space, which can be determined based on inputs from a control device (e.g., thermostat), a sensor (e.g., occupancy sensor), and so forth. The improved air quality device can further comprise an ultraviolet light device that can reduce pathogens in the common space. The state of the ultraviolet light device (e.g., on/off, duration of on/off, a position/location, and so on) can be a function of the state of the state of the outlets.
