An induction heater system includes a ferrous heat tube, an induction coil extending around the ferrous heat tube, an induction drive, and a controller to regulate the operation of the induction drive or a fluid supply or both, to heat or vaporize the fluid.
FLUID HEATER
Disclosed in an embodiment is a fluid heater including a main body including a partitioning part having a plate shape and a flow passage forming part forming a flow passage on the other surface of the partitioning part, a heating plate disposed on the flow passage forming part and having a plate shape and including a heating pattern having a shape corresponding to the flow passage, a circuit board disposed on one surface of the partitioning part and configured to control the heating pattern to generate heat, and a bus bar electrically connecting the heating pattern and the circuit board, wherein the flow passage forming part includes a turning vane disposed in a curved flow passage of the flow passage.
Induction heater and vaporizer
A method and apparatus for induction heating or vaporization of water, oil, or other fluids. An induction heater system includes a ferrous heat tube, an induction coil extending around the ferrous heat tube, an induction drive, and a controller to regulate the operation of the induction drive or a fluid supply or both, to heat or vaporize the fluid.
Apparatus for rapid heating of liquids
Apparatus for rapid heating of a liquid including a heat source, a liquid flowpath defining element defining a liquid heating flowpath therein having a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, a collection of flexible elongate thermal conductors located within the flowpath, the collection of flexible elongate thermal conductor portions being thermally coupled to the heat source and defining multiple liquid heating passageways through the flowpath whose configurations and cross-sectional dimensions change over time, thereby being resistant to clogging.
Next generation bare wire water heater
A heating unit for heating fluid is described having at least one electrical resistance heating element on an outer surface of a tube. At least one indexed groove is provided around a surface of the tube allowing for at least one retention clip to hold the electrical resistance heating element. A heating chamber is also provided to enclose a portion of the tube and to provide a flow channel therebetween. The heating chamber includes an optical sensor to detect overheating of the at least one electrical resistance heating element. Fluid is heated by flowing over the surface of the at least one electrical resistance heating element and through the tube.
Fluid heating apparatuses, systems, and methods
A low leakage current fluid heater and systems and methods thereof. The fluid heater has a configuration whereby a heating element is isolated from a fluid channel so as to leak into fluid passing through the channel an allowed amount of leakage current. Fluid passing through the fluid heater can be heated to a desired temperature. A controller can provide control signals to driver the fluid heater to the desired temperature and maintain the temperature at the desired temperature.
SELF-REGULATING HEATED HOSE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MAKING
A self-regulated heated hose member, an assembly of self-regulated heated hose members, and methods of making the same are disclosed herein, including an inner core tube, a self-regulating heating element disposed along the outer surface of the inner core tube along its axial length, and an outer sheath layer disposed over the inner core tube and the self-regulating heating element.
Additively manufactured heaters for water system components
A heater for an aircraft component includes a plurality of layers of an additively manufactured conductive ink. The conductive ink is printed on the heater surface, either on a substrate or directly. The heater is protected by a closeout material.
Heat generating assembly
A heat generating assembly (13), aiming to solve the problem of low heating efficiency in the related art such as a coffee machine. The heat generating assembly (13) includes a water inlet (133), a water outlet (134), and a heat generating body (135) provided between the water inlet (133) and the water outlet (134). The heat generating body (135) includes a heating film (132), a bottom cover (131) for the heating film, the heating film (132) is capable of generating heat upon energization to heat liquid flowing through the heat generating body (135). The heat generating assembly (13) uses film-type heating technology, the heating efficiency is high and accurate control of temperature can be realized.
