20170292734 · 2017-10-12 ·

A heating module for a water heater includes a heater and a housing mounted to the heater. The heater includes a conductive pipe and a heating film attached to the outside of the conductive pipe. A room is defined between the housing and the heater for transferring heat to the water. The heating module is located in the tank of the water heater. When water enters into the tank, the conductive pipe transfers thermal energy to the water flowing through the conductive pipe by way of thermal convention. The water in the tank is heated by the housing by way of thermal conduction. The temperature of the water in the tank is quickly increased by the two ways.

One cavity is formed between the first and second upper covers, water inlet pipe passes through the second upper cover. An exhaust hole is set on the inner wall of water inlet pipe to connect to the cavity, a separation plate extended to the middle which is above the exhaust hole on water inlet pipe's internal wall. The invention has the characteristics of convenient installation and disassembly, convenient cleaning, and can ensure the quality of water flows out, and the production cost is low, and very safe for use.

BEVERAGE MACHINE HEATED WATER SOURCE WITH HORIZONTAL HEATING COIL

A beverage machine having a heater tank with a horizontally oriented heating element. The heating element may be arranged as a helical coil with a longitudinal axis arranged horizontally in the heater tank. A bottom wall of the heater tank may define a concave shape at the interior of the heater tank, and the heating element may be at least partially arranged within the concave shape, e.g., with a longitudinal axis of the coil extending along a central portion of the bottom wall. An inlet to the heater tank may be arranged at the bottom wall, e.g., in the central portion of the bottom wall, and may direct liquid at the heating element.

Washer liquid heating apparatus integrated into washer reservoir

A washer liquid heating apparatus integrated into a reservoir may include a plate-type heater that may be installed in a hole of the reservoir to heat a washer liquid within the reservoir, a protect cover that may be assembled into the reservoir to surround the heater, and a fastening device for fixing the heater and the protect cover to the reservoir, wherein the plate-type heater may be fixed to be exposed to an inside of the reservoir through the hole such that a heating surface where heating may be performed heats the washer liquid within the reservoir.

An electric water heater having a water holding tank defined by a cylindrical side wall, a top wall and a dome-shaped bottom wall. A cold water inlet is disposed for releasing water under pressure in a lower portion of the tank. Two or more resistive heating elements heat water in an upper and lower region of the tank. The lower portion of the cylindrical side wall and the outer circumferential portion of the dome-shape bottom wall form a circumferential cavitated area inside the tank in which sediments deposit forming a bed in which bacteria can proliferate. A conduit is secured about at least a substantial circumferential portion of an outer surface of the cylindrical side wall adjacent the cavitated area. A resistive heating wire is disposed in the conduit and has connection leads extending out of a free open end of the conduit to an access area to provide connection to power terminals and a control for controlling the supply of power to the resistive heating wire.
