The method includes the step of switching on the conditioning apparatus in a switch-on instant, the step of activating the heating/cooling device and the ventilation device, the step of determining a commutation instant, and the step of driving the ventilation device so that, until the previously determined commutation instant, the ventilation device is stationary or rotates at a maximum speed equal to a certain speed of the ventilation device.
