SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRE-HEATING SWIMMING POOLS OR SPAS
A heating system for a pool or spa includes at least one heating device and a controller. The controller may control and/or operate the at least one heating device in a pre-heat mode or a usage mode. The pre-heat mode may heat water of the pool or spa to a pre-heat temperature based on a first input received by the controller. The usage mode may heat the water to a set temperature greater than the pre-heat temperature based on a second input received by the controller after the first input.

Water heating apparatus with immediate hot water supply function and water heating system
As a circulation pump is activated while a hot water supply faucet is closed, an immediate hot water supply circulation path is formed to bypass the hot water supply faucet on the outside of a water heating apparatus and to pass through a heat exchanger in the inside of the water heating apparatus. A controller determines in a test mode, whether or not the immediate hot water supply circulation path has been formed by connection of a thermal water stop bypass valve, based on whether or not a temperature detector senses increase in temperature to a predetermined criterion temperature while the circulation pump and a heat source apparatus are active.
Temperature control for gas water heaters and related methods
A processor for a controller of a water heater is configured to receive water heater control parameters and an output from a sensor indicating a measured temperature of water in the water heater. The processor is also configured to determine whether to enter an anti-stacking control mode or to enter a demand anticipation control mode. In the anti-stacking control mode the processor is configured to initiate a call for heat when the measured temperature reaches a trigger temperature, calculate a burner on delay value and set a second timer with the calculated value, and calculate a reduced activation time. In the demand anticipation control mode the processor is configured to increase the variable offset based on a frequency of the demand anticipation control mode being activated, initiate a call for heat, and control, based on the reduced activation time or the increased offset value, the burner.
DEFROSTING CONTROL METHOD, CENTRAL CONTROLLER AND HEATING SYSTEM
The present disclosure discloses a defrosting control method, a central controller and a heating system. The defrosting control method comprises: heating fluid in a flow passage between an inlet and an outlet of a first heat source by a second heat source, at least in a part of process of defrosting by the first heat source; acquiring an operation parameter of the first heat source, wherein the operation parameter comprises a water outlet temperature and/or a water return temperature and/or an operation parameter of a compressor of the first heat source, comparing a current value of the acquired operation parameter with a preset range of the operation parameter, and adjusting a heat exchange amount between the second heat source and the fluid when the acquired current value is within the preset range. The defrosting control method, the central controller and the heating system provided by the present disclosure can improve the defrosting efficiency while considering the heating comfort, and ensure the stable operation of the defrosting process.
Hot-water supply device
Provided is a hot-water supply device. A process performed by a control device of the hot-water supply device includes: a step of shifting an action mode of the hot-water supply device to an instant hot-water mode; a step of measuring an amount of water X; a step of determining that another tap interruption occurs when the amount of water X is equal to or greater than a basic flow amount Y+α; a step of stopping action of a circulation pump; a step of re-learning the amount of water X when the amount of water X is less than a basic flow amount Y−β; a step of ending the instant hot-water circulation mode when an end condition of the instant hot-water mode is satisfied; and a step of measuring the amount of water X when the end condition of the instant hot-water mode is not satisfied.
Water Preconditioner System
A water preconditioner system comprising a user interface for manually or automatically receiving inputs from a user, a mixing assembly including a plurality of control valves coupled to hot and cold water supply lines, and a controller in communication with the plurality of control valves and the user interface for controlling the operation of the system. The controller is configured to operate in a plurality of modes to precondition the water to one of a desired preset water dispensing temperature or a target temperature different from the desired preset water dispensing temperature.
METHOD, SYSTEM AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL OF A HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
A method of controlling the temperature within a heating apparatus for eliminating or reducing combustion resonance, the method including measuring a temperature of the burner assembly; comparing the measured temperature with a predetermined temperature limit or range; determining whether the measured temperature is greater than a predetermined temperature limit or range; performing a controlled action if the measured temperature is greater than the predetermined temperature limit or range.
HOT-WATER SUPPLY DEVICE
Provided is a hot-water supply device which stabilizes hot-water supply even at low water pressure. A process performed by a hot-water supply device includes: a step (S510) of detecting that hot-water supply performed by the hot-water supply device is stopped; a step (S520) of reading a set temperature of the hot-water supply from a memory; a step (S530) of calculating a target opening degree of a total water amount servo based on the read set temperature; a step (S540) of sending, to the total water amount servo, a command for setting an opening degree of a passage through which water flows from the total water amount servo into a heat exchanger to the target opening degree; and a step (S550) in which a stepping motor of the total water amount servo moves in response to the command.
