System for controlled concentration and solids recovery
The present invention relates to a system for one pot solids recovery from solutions, slurries, emulsions, dispersions, gels, semisolids, and their like. Further the system can be used for controlled concentration of solutions, slurries, emulsions, dispersions, gels, semisolids, and their like to enable easy to operate cost effective energy efficient processes. The system is so constructed to enhance the contact between the liquid medium and the gaseous medium used in the process for effective heat transfer. The system can be used for controlled concentration and/or recovery of substantially dry solids in applications related to foods, nutraceuticals, natural products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc.
Extruded polycarbonate sticker for spacing wood
A sticker for spacing wood is extruded from an alloy that includes polycarbonate resin and polysulfone resin. The sticker can have a variety of different configurations, including a top surface that includes contact points that have an area substantially smaller than the area of the top surface, a single or multiple internal longitudinal hallow chambers separated by multiple reinforcing members, longitudinal external grooves that allow airflow, lateral external grooves that intersect the longitudinal external grooves, curved sides for a version where the stickers are placed manually, and substantially straight sides for a version where the stickers are placed by a machine. A method for manufacturing the sticker includes pulling an extrusion with a puller that includes a plurality of teeth that provide a first plurality of lateral grooves running substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the extrusion in a top and bottom surface of the extrusion.
ENGINEERED TIMBER PRODUCTS, COMPONENTS AND METHODOLOGIES
A method of drying sticks, a related apparatus, resultant product and its uses where the method involves presenting a plurality of sticks in parallel as a single layer, pressing each stick with a bank of pressing members on and/or into at least one face of the sticks, each with plurality of protuberances, thereby to constrain the sticks against crook, and drying the sticks when so constrained. Preferably each bank of pressing members is an underside of a frame or lattice of a stack of such frames or lattices able to receive such a single layer of sticks between adjacent overlying/underlying frames or lattices, the protuberances preferably being only downwardly directed.
Separator for lumber stacking
An improved separator for separating lumber in a stack of a plurality of layers has a primary profile for minimizing the contact area and maximizing airflow between the separator and the adjacent boards and a secondary profile for improving frictional resistance between the separator and the adjacent boards. The primary profile comprises a plurality of grooves and a plurality of ridges formed therebetween. The secondary profile comprises a plurality of depressions on the ridges.

The sticker is extremely durable and can withstand hundreds or thousands of drying cycles.
Drying rack device
The present invention relates to a novel drying rack device. The device is designed to save time and effort when cleaning and sterilizing instruments, cassettes, tools, and/or accessories. The device comprises a countertop drying rack that sits on a tray. The countertop drying rack comprises a plurality of compartments that can be round and/or flat, with a plurality of drain holes for air drying wet instruments. Further, the tray below the rack collects water runoff for safe disposal and to allow the instruments to air dry. The device keeps instruments and tools organized, different kits separated, allows instruments to dry, and decreases risk of injury and exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
Container, fluid handling device, and freeze-drying method
A container of the present invention is for producing or housing a freeze-dried material. The container includes a bottom wall, a side wall, a support part for supporting a fluid to be freeze-dried in such a way that the fluid does not contact the bottom wall; and at least one vent disposed in the bottom wall or in at least a portion of the side wall located below the top of the support part.
FORT’S DRY AND HOLD PAIL
The purpose of the (Fort's Gloves, Dry and Hold Pail) is to prevent moisture that causes the spread of bacteria from restrooms that is the cause of influenza, streptococcus, E coli, Hepatitis, MRSA, Salmonella, Shigella, and Norovirus. The pail is a new creation except for the authentic manuscript and cursive text. There is a distinct difference from the usual and traditional utility pails each community uses, because of the holder for the moisture elimination products that prevents contaminated water from spilling to the floor. Fecal and Trash water could potentially cause mildew growth on the gloves and the pail. The Dry & Hold container overall is a new Invention and a cleaner choice for the environment because the design prevents disease, foul odors.
