The method includes the steps of: assembling the heat exchanger components to form at least one unbrazed heat exchanger core in a core builder machine; without removing the at least one heat exchanger core from the core builder machine, enclosing the heat exchanger core with a brazing tool arrangement adapted to form a chamber, optionally, evacuating the chamber and/or filling the chamber with a controlled atmosphere; brazing the heat exchanger core in the chamber to form a brazed heat exchanger.

A liquid-cooled heat dissipation device is disclosed, comprising a main body, a centrifugal pump, an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, a centrifugal fan and a motor. The main body comprises a shaft hole, liquid flow channels and airflow channels. The centrifugal pump guides a cooling liquid through the inlet pipe, main body and outlet pipe. The centrifugal fan guides air into the main body axially from the shaft hole. After passing through the centrifugal fan, the air forms centrifugal airflows and leaves the body radially through the airflow channels. With an extended flow path of the cooling liquid and the radial flow of the centrifugal airflow provided by the present invention, the temperature of the cooling liquid may be quickly reduced and the cooling effect may be improved. Thus, the structure is compact, small, light-weight, easy-to-assemble.

A heat exchanger includes a metal base defining a heat exchange channel for flowing at least one of a refrigerant and a coolant therein, and a coating layer coated at least a part of an outer surface of the metal base. The coating layer includes sol particles and an antibacterial material, where the sol particles include silica. The antibacterial material includes a rare earth element oxide. By combining the antibacterial agent containing the rare earth element oxide with sol, the advantages of each component can be fully utilized. On the one hand, it is easier to attach the antibacterial material via the sol, and on the other hand a surface of the metal base of the heat exchanger can have a good antibacterial and mold-inhibiting effects, which is beneficial to cost reduction.

An insertion amount of the leg portions into the opening is larger than a sum of a gap between the connection portion and an inner surface and a length from the opening to a position corresponding to a brazed portion between the flat tube and the plate, or when a protruding portion protruding in a direction opposite an insertion direction is provided in the connection portion, larger than a sum of a gap between the protruding portion and the inner surface and a length from the opening to the position corresponding to the brazed portion.
