The flat tube part comprises a first flat tube group and a second flat tube group. The first collecting part comprises first and second collecting portions, and a separator is formed between the two. Each flat tube of the first flat tube group is communicated with the collecting cavity of the first collecting portion. The collecting cavity of the first collecting portion is communicated with the collecting cavity of the second collecting portion by means of the first flat tube group, the collecting cavity of the second collecting part, and the second flat tube group.
CORRUGATED RIB STRUCTURE
A corrugated rib structure for a heat exchanger may include wave-shaped wave crests and wave troughs running in a through-flow direction, and which may be connected with one another via wave-shaped walls running in the through-flow direction; and inwardly flared fins provided in at least one of: (i) the wave crests, and (ii) the wave troughs.
HEAT EXCHANGER, REFRIGERATION OR HEATING SYSTEM WITH SUCH A HEAT EXCHANGER
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger (2) having a jacket (10) through which a first medium (A) can flow and which has at least one first inlet (11) and at least one first outlet (12), at least one tube (30) through which a second medium (B) can flow, the tube (30) being guided through the jacket (10) and having at least one second inlet (31) and at least one second outlet (32), wherein a deflection segment (50) or a plurality of deflection segments (50) are arranged in a row in a longitudinal axis (X) in the jacket (10), wherein the deflection segment (50) is formed from at least two partial sections (51, 52), which are arranged so as to overlap and cross, in areas, transverse to the longitudinal axis (X).
HEAT EXCHANGER AND HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEM COMPRISING THE HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger and a heat exchange system including the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a shell and heat exchange tubes located in the shell, and further includes a flow guide device which is disposed in the shell and includes a receiving portion arranged between two adjacent rows of heat exchange tubes and extending substantially horizontally along a length direction of the shell for receiving liquid, and a guiding portion arranged to guide the liquid received by the receiving portion to a bottom inside the shell.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a shell, a refrigerant distributor, and a heat transferring unit. The shell has a refrigerant inlet through which at least refrigerant with liquid refrigerant flows and a shell refrigerant vapor outlet. A longitudinal center axis of the shell extends generally parallel to a horizontal plane. The refrigerant distributor is connected to the refrigerant inlet and disposed within the shell. The refrigerant distributor has at least one liquid refrigerant distribution opening that distributes liquid refrigerant and a refrigerant vapor distribution outlet opening longitudinally spaced from the shell refrigerant vapor outlet. The heat transferring unit is disposed inside of the shell below the refrigerant distributor so that the liquid refrigerant discharged from the refrigerant distributor is supplied to the heat transferring unit.
HEAT EXCHANGER
The invention relates to an heat exchanger possibly for exchanging heat within a vehicle. The heat exchanger includes a housing with an inlet port, an outlet port, an interior facing surface defining a coolant channel, a first opening surrounded by an exterior facing surface, and a second opening defined by a first inner diameter. A tube assembly defines a plurality of exhaust gas flow channels and a plurality of coolant cross channels within the housing. A first diffuser directs a first fluid into the tube assembly. The first diffuser is joined to the exterior facing surface, and this joint is sealed. A cap surface of the first diffuser encloses the first opening and caps the coolant channel. The first diffuser is joined to a first header plate, which separates the first fluid from a second fluid within the coolant channel. A second diffuser defines a directs the first fluid out of the tube assembly. The second diffuser is located within the second opening and sealed to the second opening by seals around the second diffuser. The second diffuser is not fixedly attached to the housing and can move within the second opening.
