Method for producing a series of at least a first and second heat exchangers
In a method for producing a series of at least a first and a second plate-fin heat exchangers, several elongate fluid distribution tanks are installed on the matrix unit, each tank capping just some of the openings assigned to the first fluid and to the second fluid, each tank having its axis in the direction of stacking and each being connected to a pipe so that the number of openings assigned to the first fluid differs from the number of openings assigned to the first fluid, and for preference, the number of openings assigned to the second fluid differs from the number of openings assigned to the second fluid for the at least first and second exchangers of the series.
Heat exchanger and air conditioner
A heat exchanger including: a header; flat tubes connected to the header and disposed in line along a longitudinal direction of the header; a first partition that partitions an inner space of the header into a first space on a side where the flat tubes are connected and a second space on a side opposite to the first space; and a second partition that partitions the inner space of the header into a first side and a second side. The first side is one side of the header in the longitudinal direction and the second side is opposite to the first side. The first partition has a common opening. The common opening includes an insertion opening and a refrigerant opening. A refrigerant moves between the first space and the second space via the refrigerant opening. The second partition is inserted into the insertion opening.
HEADER-TANK ASSEMBLY
A tank for a heat exchanger is provided. The tank includes a foot portion, an internal wall, a sealing member and at least one first coupling member. The internal wall is formed along the foot portion at a first end of the foot portion. Further, the sealing member is disposed on the foot portion along an outer circumference of the internal wall to provide a fluid-tight sealing between the tank and a header, when the tank is placed on the header. The at least one first coupling member is provided on the foot portion, adjacent to the sealing member, to couple with the header.
Heat exchanger or refrigeration apparatus
A heat exchanger in which a refrigerant that flows in from a first inlet and a second inlet exchanges heat with air flow and flows out from an outlet includes: an upwind heat-exchanging unit; a downwind heat-exchanging unit that includes the second inlet and is disposed beside the upwind heat-exchanging unit on a downwind side of the upwind heat-exchanging unit; and a flow path formation portion that includes a refrigerant flow path between the upwind heat-exchanging unit and the downwind heat-exchanging unit.
Heat exchanger tube, heat exchange unit, heat exchange apparatus, hot water supply system, and method of manufacturing heat exchanger tube
A heat exchanger tube for transferring a heat of an exhaust gas to a fluid to be heated includes a turn-back portion formed in an intermediate portion of the heat exchanger tube and a reciprocating conduit portion. The reciprocating conduit portion includes a conduit portion leading from a starting end of the heat exchanger tube to the turn-back portion, and a conduit portion leading from the turn-back portion to a terminal end of the heat exchanger tube. A space equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the conduit portions is provided between these conduit portions.
Heat exchanger
A tube plate of a heat exchanger includes a tube plate base material to which ends of a plurality of heat transfer tubes are fixed, a first backplate that covers a surface of the tube plate base material on a first tube chamber side, and a fastener that includes at least a shaft section and fixes the first backplate to the tube plate base material. The first backplate includes heat transfer tube insertion holes through which a plurality of heat transfer tubes are inserted, and an insertion hole through which the shaft section is loosely inserted. The first backplate is joined to an end section of a second partition wall on a first end side. The second partition wall, the first backplate, and the fastener are formed of a material having higher corrosion resistance than the tube plate base material.
REFRIGERATOR
Provided is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a main body having a storage space and an evaporator accommodated in the main body and configured to cool cold air supplied to the storage space. The evaporator includes a pair of headers facing each other, a plurality of flat tubes which have both ends respectively connected to the pair of headers and through which a refrigerant flows, and a plurality of plate-shaped heat dissipation fins penetrated by the plurality of flat tubes. Each of the flat tubes has a plate shape and is coupled to each of the headers in a state of being inclined at a set angle.
Water cooling radiator with built-in water pump
A water-cooling radiator includes a first water collection box, a second water collection box and a plurality of radiating pipes. A water pump chamber is disposed in a box body, and is in cooperation with a water pump, an impeller and a water pump cover to form a water pump structure with good airtightness, so that the water pump and the first water collection box are effectively combined. The flow speed of water in the water-cooling radiator is effectively accelerated, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency. The overall heat dissipation effect of the product is very good.
Water-cooling heat dissipation device
A water-cooling heat dissipation device includes a water-cooling radiator. The water-cooling radiator includes a radiating pipe unit, a water outlet reservoir, and a water inlet reservoir. The water-cooling radiator is provided with a first water pump and a second water pump. Each water pump is configured to pump cold water in a corresponding water outlet chamber to a corresponding water-cooling block to exchange heat and become hot water, hot water flows back to a corresponding water inlet chamber and flows into the corresponding radiating pipe unit to be cooled by radiating fins, and then cold water flows into the corresponding water outlet chamber.
Heat exchanger for a heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning system
An HVAC system for use with a first refrigerant and a second refrigerant. The HVAC system may include a first refrigerant circuit for use with the first refrigerant, a second refrigerant circuit for use with the second refrigerant, and a heat exchanger. The first refrigerant circuit and the second refrigerant circuit may each include may include a compressor, an expansion device, and an evaporator. The compressor may include a first upper section, a first lower section, a second upper section in fluid communication with the first lower section, and a second lower section in fluid communication with the first upper section. The first upper section, the first lower section, the second upper section, and the second lower section may be arranged such that the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant both flow through a majority of a face area of condenser while remaining in two different circuits.
