A heat exchanger arrangement is provided with a housing provided with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and designed to be flowed through by the fluid. A heat exchanger is arranged in the housing between fluid inlet and fluid outlet and surrounded by the housing. The heat exchanger is arranged such that the fluid can flow through the heat exchanger. The housing has a seal contour. The heat exchanger is connected with form fit at a fluid inlet of the heat exchanger or at a fluid outlet of the heat exchanger to the seal contour of the housing. In a method of producing the heat exchanger arrangement, a seal surface of the seal contour of the housing is melted and pressed against a seal region of the heat exchanger at the fluid inlet of the heat exchanger or at the fluid outlet of the heat exchanger.

A pipe chamber of the outlet pipe is in communication with an inner chamber of the first collector. The pipe includes an inlet end portion and an outlet end portion. The inlet end portion is located in the first collector. The outlet end portion is at least partially located in the outlet pipe. An inner chamber of the pipe is in communication with the pipe chamber of the outlet pipe and the inner chamber of the first collector. At least part of the outlet end portion is located in the pipe chamber of the outlet pipe. A heat exchanger having the collector assembly is also disclosed.
Collector plate, corresponding header box and corresponding heat exchanger
The invention relates to a collector plate (11) for a heat exchanger (1), the collector plate (11) comprising: a peripheral groove (21) having a bottom (22), at least one upper step (25) protruding with respect to the bottom (22) of the said groove (21) over a predefined height (H1), and at at least one longitudinal end of the collector plate (11), an intermediate portion (27) between the upper step (25) and the said groove (21), According to the invention, at the said at least one longitudinal end of the collector plate (11), the said groove (21) has an inner wall (23), at least one section of which connects the intermediate portion (27) to the bottom (22) of the said groove (21) and extends over a height (H2) which is not zero and is less than the height (H1) of the upper step (25). The invention also relates to a corresponding header box (3) and a corresponding heat exchanger (1).
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a duct, a stacked core, and a coupling plate. The duct includes a first plate that is disposed to face at least one of end faces of the stacked core in a core width direction, and a second plate that is disposed to face at least one of the end faces of the stacked core in a tube stacking direction. The second plate includes a second-plate end plate portion disposed to face the end face of the stacked core in the core width direction and brazed to a wall surface of the first plate, a second-plate center plate portion that is disposed to face the end face of the stacked core in the tube stacking direction, and a flange portion that extends in the tube stacking direction and is brazed to a bottom wall surface of a groove portion of the coupling plate.
HEADER-TANK ASSEMBLY
A tank for a heat exchanger is provided. The tank includes a foot portion, an internal wall, a sealing member and at least one first coupling member. The internal wall is formed along the foot portion at a first end of the foot portion. Further, the sealing member is disposed on the foot portion along an outer circumference of the internal wall to provide a fluid-tight sealing between the tank and a header, when the tank is placed on the header. The at least one first coupling member is provided on the foot portion, adjacent to the sealing member, to couple with the header.
HEAT EXCHANGER CLOSURE ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF USING AND INSTALLING THE SAME
A heat exchanger assembly including an elongated tubular heat exchanger enclosure defining an interior chamber. A tube sheet is positioned within the interior chamber of the heat exchanger enclosure separating the interior chamber into a shell side and a channel side. The interior portion is configured to removably receive a tube bundle positioned within the shell side of the interior chamber. An annular sleeve member is positioned within the channel side of the interior chamber of the heat exchanger enclosure. An annular elastic torsion member is positioned within the channel side of the interior chamber of the heat exchanger such that the sleeve member is positioned between the tube sheet and the elastic torsion member. The elastic torsion member has an inner circumference deflectable relative to its outer circumference for torsioning the elastic torsion member.
Heat exchanger tank
The heat exchanger has tubes and a header tank that is located at an end of the tubes in a longitudinal direction and communicates with the tubes. The header tank has a core plate that connects to the tubes and a tank body that is fixed to the core plate. The core plate has a tube connection surface, a sealing surface, and an inclined surface that connects the tube connection surface and the sealing surface with each other. A distance between the tube connection surface and an end surface of the tubes in the longitudinal direction is different from a distance between the sealing surface and the end surface in the longitudinal direction by disposing the inclined surface to incline with respect to the longitudinal direction. The tubes connect to the tube connection surface and the inclined surface in a condition of being inserted to the tube connection surface and the inclined surface.
