Magazine Base Plate Assembly
A magazine base plate assembly including a base plate having opposing interior side walls with a base plate passage extending through the base plate, and wherein at least one opposing channel is formed within each of the opposing interior side walls; and a base plate insert that is slidably positioned within at least a portion of the base plate passage between a retracted position and an extended position within at least a portion of the base plate passage, wherein in the retracted position one or more of extending tabs extend from flexible tabs into at least a portion of each of the opposing channels, and wherein if each of the flexible tabs is urged a sufficient distance towards an internal insert chamber of the base plate insert, the extending tabs are withdrawn from the opposing channels, allowing the base plate insert to move toward the extended position.

Self-releasing magazine and follower assembly thereof for firearms
Examples of a self-releasing magazine and a magazine follower assembly thereof for firearms are described. The magazine follower assembly includes a casing and a self-releasing actuator received in the casing. When in use, the magazine follower assembly generally moves along a first axis with respect to the casing between a first position in the magazine when the magazine is fully loaded and a second position in the magazine when the magazine contains no ammunition cartridge. When the magazine follower assembly is at the second position in the magazine, the self-releasing actuator is configured to actuate a magazine release mechanism of the firearm to disengage the magazine from the firearm so that the magazine is detachable from the firearm.

SPEED LOADER FOR FIREARM MAGAZINES
An apparatus for loading cartridges into a firearms magazine includes a loader body comprising a retainer configured for holding a firearms magazine, and cooperating spring-loaded plungers coupled thereto. A first spring-loaded plunger coupled to the loader body is oriented for pushing one or more cartridges into the firearms magazine so as to depress a magazine spring thereof. A second plunger coupled to the loader body is oriented for inserting cartridges into the firearms magazine without further depressing the magazine spring while the first spring-loaded plunger is depressing the magazine spring. A mechanism automatically resets the first spring-loaded plunger after the second plunger completes insertion of each cartridge into the magazine. All of the foregoing moving parts may be manually or motor driven and fed with cartridges via a hopper.

Anti-spring fatigue firearm magazine
An anti-spring fatigue firearm magazine incorporates a lower magazine sleeve that can be positioned into an extended configuration relative to the main magazine body in order to reduce or eliminate spring fatigue from extended storage while fully loaded with ammunition.

FIXED CARTRIDGE MAGAZINE
A firearm cartridge magazine system comprises one or more sidewalls extending between a base and an upper opening, wherein a hollow interior is defined by the base and the one or more sidewalls, wherein the upper opening opens into the hollow interior. An aperture is positioned on at least one of the one or more sidewalls between the opening and the base. A spring extends between a block and the base, wherein the spring and block are within the hollow interior.
Ammunition magazine device
A firearm magazine assists loading of a housing with ammunition. The ammunition inserts into an opening in the top of the housing against a follower. The follower creates tension on the ammunition to direct the ammunition towards the opening. An adjustable plate contacts the spring to load the spring against the follower. The adjustable plate adjusts between a use position and a load position. The use position provides appropriate force to load the ammunition into the chamber. The plate adjusts away from the follower to decrease the tension of the spring and the follower to load the magazine.
