Proposed is a magazine having a magazine body of which the upper portion is not deformed by high-temperature heat that is generated at the moment that a bullet is fired. The magazine includes: a magazine body that is made of synthetic resin, has front and rear plates and two side plates, a cartridge outlet formed at a top thereof, a front groove being open upward and formed at a top of the front plate, and a rear groove being open upward and formed at a top of the rear plate, and has guide plates bent toward the inside of the cartridge outlet at rear portions of top of the side plates and preventing cartridges from separating upward; two side reinforcing metal plates inserted and fixed by insert molding inside upper portions of the side plates and the guide plates not to be exposed to the outside.

Quick change magazine coupler

Embodiments of a magazine coupler include a coupler body, a first magazine attachment interface coupled to the coupler body and configured to removably mount a lower end portion of the first firearm magazine to the coupler body, a second magazine attachment interface coupled to the coupler body and configured to removably mount a lower end portion of the second firearm magazine to the coupler body, and a finger aperture extending formed through the coupler body. The finger aperture is sized and shaped to enable a user or firearm operator to spin the magazine coupler about a finger of the user when inserted through the finger aperture to vary which of the first firearm magazine and the second firearm magazine resides in an upright orientation for insertion into a well of a firearm when the magazine coupler resides in a deployed state.

REINFORCED MAGAZINE FEED LIPS WITH REAR ACTUATED LAST ROUND BOLT HOLD OPEN AND FOLLOWER

A magazine for a firearm with a magazine well and a reciprocating bolt. A body of the magazine is engaged within the well and has a top, interconnected front, sides and rear walls, and a bottom defining a cartridge holding interior. A spring supported within the interior contacts the bottom and upwardly biases a follower positioned atop the spring toward an opening in the top, through which the cartridges are loaded into the magazine. A feed tower integrated into the top supports a pair of feed lips positioned along opposed edges defining the opening. An aperture is formed in the top rearward of the feed tower. A rear upward projection of the follower aligns with the aperture and, following discharge of a final cartridge, elevates above the top in order to actuate a separate bolt catch or bolt hold open adaptor to prevent a forward returning motion of the bolt.

Magazine for firearm

A magazine for a firearm comprises a tubular magazine body defining a cavity for holding cartridges, a spring, and a follower biased by the spring for dispensing cartridges from the magazine. A spring base disposed on the body includes a cantilevered resiliently deformable spring arm supporting the spring in one embodiment. The base is held in place by the floor plate. Sliding the floor plate onto the magazine body engages an inclined ramp of the floor plate with spring arm which automatically moves the spring arm from an undeflected to deflected position. When the floor plate is fully coupled to the magazine tube such that the spring arm clears the ramp, the spring arm snaps back to the undeflected position and locks the floor plate in place on the tubular body via interlocked retention features without use of tools.
