POWER CONTROL METHOD AND TERMINAL DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC HYBRID VEHICLE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The present invention relates to a power control method and terminal device for a hydraulic hybrid vehicle, and a storage medium. The method includes: S1: predicting, according to environmental information of a road ahead, recoverable energy in the road ahead; S2: calculating, according to the predicted recoverable energy, a critical pressure required by a hydraulic accumulator to recover the recoverable energy; and S3: determining whether a current pressure of the hydraulic accumulator is greater than the critical pressure, and if so, reducing fuel output power of an engine and controlling the hydraulic accumulator to release energy such that the current pressure of the hydraulic accumulator is less than or equal to the critical pressure. According to the present invention, when it is predicted that there is a high probability of energy recovery ahead, the energy stored in the hydraulic accumulator is used up in advance, so that the hydraulic accumulator has enough space to recover energy when the energy recovery occurs in future. This can make full use of the characteristic of the hydraulic accumulator of being suitable for frequent storage and release of energy, thereby achieving the economy of energy consumption of the whole vehicle.
Apparatus, system and method for thermal management by deploying engine fueling on demand
A method includes receiving information indicative of a temperature of exhaust gas emitted from an engine operating at an engine speed, determining that the temperature of the exhaust gas is below a predefined temperature threshold, determining an engine load sized to increase the temperature of the exhaust gas above the predefined temperature threshold, increasing a load on the engine to the determined engine load while maintaining the engine at the engine speed by increasing at least one of a fuel flow rate and a fuel flow pressure of the fuel pump powered by the engine, and diverting the excess fuel from the fuel flow path upstream of the engine. Increasing at least one of the fuel flow rate and the fuel pressure of the fuel pump causes excess fuel to be provided to the engine than is necessary to maintain the engine at the engine speed.

A method for monitoring a pressure sensor in a direct injection system including at least one common rail, a high-pressure fuel pump, a hydraulic circuit connecting the high-pressure pump to the common rail, a passive pressure-limiting valve connected to the hydraulic circuit, configured to open once the pressure in the hydraulic circuit is greater than a threshold pressure, so as to discharge the fuel, including the steps of detecting the opening of the pressure-limiting valve, measuring the pressure P.sub.MES corresponding to the time of opening of the pressure-limiting valve and comparing the measured pressure P.sub.MES to the threshold pressure P.sub.1 in order to detect a drift in the pressure sensor.
Method for operating an injection system of an internal combustion engine, an injection system for an internal combustion engine, and an internal combustion engine including an injection system
A method for operating an injection system of an internal combustion engine, including: providing the injection system includes a high pressure accumulator; regulating a high pressure in the high pressure accumulator in a normal operation by way actuating a low pressure-side suction throttle; regulating the high pressure in a first operating mode of safety operation by way of actuating at least one high pressure-side pressure control valve; carrying out a switchover from the normal operation into the first operating mode of safety operation if the high pressure reaches or exceeds a first limit pressure value; and carrying out a switchover from the first operating mode of safety operation into the normal operation if, starting from above a setpoint pressure value, the high pressure reaches or undershoots the setpoint pressure value, which is lower than the first limit pressure value.
Control device for fuel injection system
A control device is included in a fuel injection system. The fuel injection system includes a low pressure pump, a high pressure pump, an accumulator, a fuel injection valve, a relief valve, and a return pipe. The high pressure pump increases a pressure of a fuel discharged from the low pressure pump and discharges high pressure fuel. The accumulator stores the high pressure fuel discharged from the high pressure pump. The relief valve is provided in a high pressure portion provided downstream from the high pressure pump and opens when a high pressure abnormality occurs in the high pressure portion. The return pipe returns the high pressure fuel in the high pressure portion to a low pressure portion provided downstream from the low pressure pump by the relief valve opening.
Control apparatus for fuel supply apparatus
A control apparatus for a fuel supply apparatus is used in an engine system. The engine system includes an engine including a fuel injection valve, and the fuel supply apparatus including a fuel pump configured to supply fuel in a fuel tank to a supply pipe connected to the fuel injection valve, and a relief valve provided in the supply pipe. The control apparatus for the fuel supply apparatus includes an executor configured to execute, when the fuel is supplied to the fuel tank, relief pressure control for driving the fuel pump to open the relief valve until a predetermined termination condition is satisfied.
Method and Device for Pressure Regulation in a Fuel Hight-Pressure Injection System
The disclosure relates to a method for pressure regulation in a fuel high-pressure injection system having an overpressure valve, in which pressure pulsations occur which are caused by fuel being pumped into a high-pressure fuel accumulator and extracted from the high-pressure fuel accumulator. The method includes detecting pressure values of the fuel present in the high-pressure fuel accumulator. The method also includes comparing the detected pressure values with a nominal pressure value; and carrying out a pressure regulation in which the fuel pressure prevailing in the high-pressure fuel accumulator is set to the nominal pressure value. During pressure regulation, a peak pressure value of the detected pressure values is used as the actual pressure value. The disclosure also relates to a device for pressure regulation in a fuel high-pressure injection system.
Controller
A vehicle includes a pump configured to discharge a fuel by reciprocating a plunger, a rail configured to store the fuel discharged from the pump, and a fuel injection valve configured to inject the fuel supplied from the rail. A controller for the vehicle includes a waveform obtaining unit and a phase shift obtaining unit. The waveform obtaining unit is configured to obtain a waveform of a fuel pressure in the rail as a function of time in a predetermined period. The phase shift obtaining unit is configured to obtain a phase shift based on the waveform obtained by the waveform obtaining unit. The phase shift is an offset between a timing the plunger reciprocated in the pump arrives at a first position and a timing a piston reciprocating in an internal combustion engine arrives at a second position.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INJECTING FUEL TO AN ENGINE
Methods and systems are provided for accounting for a difference between an expected amount of fuel scheduled to be delivered and an actual amount of fuel delivered to an engine cylinder during a fueling event. In one example, a method may include scheduling a direct injection to a cylinder based on an estimated expected amount of fuel injected to the cylinder during an immediately previous injection event. The expected amount of fuel injected during the immediately previous injection event may be a function of an average fuel rail pressure during the immediately previous injection event.
