HYDRAULIC ROTATING MACHINE
A hydraulic rotating machine adapted to be actuated and rotated by supply and discharge of a working fluid includes a cylinder block to which a shaft is coupled, the cylinder block being configured to be rotate together with the shaft; a cylinder formed to have an opening portion on one end side of the cylinder block, a recessed portion being formed on an inner circumference of the cylinder; and a bush inserted from the opening portion of the cylinder and provided on the inside of the cylinder, the bush having a projection portion filled into the recessed portion by plastic deformation. The recessed portion is formed in such a manner that width along an axial direction of the cylinder becomes smaller toward the depth direction.
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT MACHINES AND METHODS OF INCREASING LOAD-CARRYING CAPACITIES THEREOF
Positive displacement machines and methods therefor capable of increasing a load-carrying capacity of a piston-cylinder lubrication interface of positive displacement machines having a cylinder block, a cylindrical bore defined in the cylinder block, a piston reciprocably disposed within the cylindrical bore, and a working fluid within the piston-cylinder lubrication interface to provide a load-bearing function between the piston and the bore wall of the cylinder bore. The method includes providing at least one circumferential groove on a bore wall of the cylindrical bore within the piston-cylinder lubrication interface having an opening facing the piston and that is in fluidic communication with the piston-cylinder lubrication interface so as to contain a portion of the working fluid, and operating the positive displacement machine such that the working fluid enters the cylindrical groove and promotes hydrostatic balancing of pressure of the working fluid within the piston-cylinder lubrication interface.
Hydraulic device
A hydraulic device comprises an outer surface of a rotor rotating and facing an outer surface of a port member. The rotor has a plurality of cylinders disposed about an axis and cooperating pistons. The cylinders communicate with respective open ends at the rotor outer surface. Each open end alternatingly communicates with high and low pressure ports. Each two successive cylinders are interconnected via a fluid displacement member having first and second openings communicating with each respective cylinder and a closure element that obstructs either the first or second opening if the pressure in the cylinder that communicates with the second opening is higher or lower than the pressure in the cylinder that communicates with the first opening, respectively. The first opening and the second opening of each two fluid displacement members which communicate with one cylinder are fluidly connected with that cylinder at opposite sides of a flow resistance.
A HYDRAULIC DEVICE
A hydraulic device comprises a housing and a shaft with a flange extending perpendicularly to a first axis of rotation. A plurality of pistons are fixed to the flange and move each in a sleeve supported by and rotatable with a barrel plate. The barrel plate is provided with a plurality of actuators for exerting counter forces (Fa) on the respective sleeves in a direction and at a location such that at least when one of the pistons is at bottom dead center under operating conditions the counter force on the cooperating sleeve acts along a line at a distance from the center point of the piston head and causes a counter torque about the center point of the piston head against the tilting torque, wherein the actuators are controlled such that the counter forces increase with increasing rotational speed of the barrel plate about the second axis of rotation.
