LIQUID PRESSURE ROTARY MACHINE

A liquid pressure rotary machine in which a rotation delay of a retainer with respect to a cylinder block is reduced and contact of pistons placed between the retainer and the cylinder block with peripheral members is suppressed is provided.

A piston pump includes a rotation shaft, a cylinder block, piston heads, piston rods, a retainer, a swash plate, and a tilt adjustment mechanism. When the tilt adjustment mechanism swings the swash plate, a discharge amount of the piston pump becomes variable. The retainer to be rotated together with the piston heads and the piston rods is supported by a retainer bushing provided in the rotation shaft. By engaging ball pins of the retainer bushing with spherical surface pin grooves of the retainer, the retainer and the retainer bushing are integrally rotatable about the center axis of the rotation shaft and the retainer is swung about the spherical surface center.

Swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device and method of manufacturing same

A swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device includes a movement restricting mechanism configured to restrict a movement of a spherical bushing relative to a rotating shaft toward a first side in an axial direction. The movement restricting mechanism is a restricting member such that a portion of the spherical bushing which portion is located at the first side in the axial direction contacts the restricting member. The swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device further includes: a stopper attached to the rotating shaft; and a gap adjusting member. The gap adjusting member is inserted into a gap G3 formed between the stopper and the bearing when the spherical bushing, the retainer plate, the shoe, and the swash plate tightly contact one another in the axial direction. The gap adjusting member restricts a movement of the rotating shaft relative to the casing toward the first side in the axial direction.

An axial piston pump, particularly for hydraulic systems, includes a cylinder drum (1) rotationally driven about an axis (15) in a pump housing (7). Piston cylinder units are arranged in the drum in a circle at an offset. Pistons (21) are at least indirectly supported on a swashplate (3) by their actuation end (31) accessible outside the cylinder drum (1). Between the swept volumes (19) of the piston cylinder units and a stationary fluid inlet and stationary fluid outlet of the pump housing (7), a control device (23) is arranged that has fluid channels (25, 26) for the targeted transfer of fluid from the fluid inlet into the swept volumes (19) and from the swept volumes (19) to the fluid outlet. At least one pressure compensation channel (28, 30) is provided in the control device (23), between the fluid channels (25, 26), to build or release fluid pressure in the swept volumes (19) in a targeted manner.

Drive device

In a drive device using a hydraulic pump controlled by a rotatable swash plate, the swash plate includes a pocket and a trunnion engaged to the pocket and rotatable about an axis of rotation offset from the swash plate axis of rotation. An interface is formed on a first end of the trunnion, and a first arcuate side of the interface engages a flat portion of the first side of the pocket as the trunnion is rotated in a first direction, and a second arcuate side of the interface engages a flat portion of the second side of the pocket as the trunnion is rotated in the opposite direction. The swash plate may also include at least one protrusion on a top surface extending in a direction perpendicular to swash plate axis of rotation to engage the housing and limit axial movement of the swash plate.

A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a housing, a connection plate closing the housing, working connections formed on the connection plate, a drive shaft, a swashplate, a cylinder drum coupled to the shaft in the direction of rotation, bores formed in the drum and each including a piston, a control plate against which the drum bears, a retraction plate for removing a piston from the bores, and a retraction ball arranged in front of the first end face of the drum which surrounds a drum neck of the drum and the shaft and by which the retraction plate is loaded in the direction of the swashplate. A pressure chamber is defined by seals between the retraction ball, the drum, and the shaft, and is configured to be acted upon by a pressure above a housing pressure. The retraction ball is sealed against the drum neck and against the shaft.

The machine also includes a swash plate mounted in the housing so as to pivot about a second axis to adjust a swept volume of the machine. The machine further includes a hydraulic actuating apparatus, which has an actuating piston that delimits an actuating chamber. The machine also includes a regulating valve attached to a flange face of the housing. The regulating valve has connections situated in the flange face that are used to communicate hydraulic fluid to and from the actuating chamber. The flange face is arranged obliquely so as to enclose an angle with the second axis that is greater than 0 and smaller than 90.

VARIABLE WOBBLER PLATE FOR INTEGRATED DRIVE GENERATOR

A variable wobbler plate has a stub shaft and a pivot shaft. The pivot shaft has a smaller diameter portion and a larger diameter portion. The smaller diameter portion has a generally cylindrical outer periphery with a flat over a limited circumferential extent and a diameter to opposed portions of the generally cylindrical portion defining a first distance. A second distance is defined from an end of the smaller diameter portion spaced furthest from the stub shaft to an end of the larger diameter portion spaced closest to the stub shaft and measured along a central axis of the pivot shaft and defines a second distance. A ratio of the first distance to the second distance is between 0.60 and 0.75. An integrated drive generator and a method are also disclosed.

A barrel plate is rotatable about the second axis has a first side for supporting the cylindrical sleeves. An opposite second side is supported by a supporting surface of a plate-shaped face element which is fixed to the housing. The supporting surface lies in a first plane. The face element has a back side that lies in a second plane, which forms an angle with the first plane that is smaller than said acute angle.

An example of the embodiment of the present invention is a swash-plate hydraulic motor (1). A spherical section (8b) is integrally formed on the swash plate-side end surface of a tilt piston (8), and a groove (10) into which the spherical section (8b) is fitted in a slidable manner is formed in the support surface (7b) (second support surface (7b2)) of the swash plate (7). The groove (10) is a part of the second support surface (7b2) and has a shape having a predetermined width and having a longitudinal direction which is oriented perpendicularly to the direction which connects two pivots (11).
