Swash plate type variable displacement compressor
A swash plate type variable displacement compressor according to the present invention includes a housing having a suction chamber, a discharge chamber, a swash plate chamber, and a plurality of cylinder bores, a drive shaft, a swash plate, a link mechanism, a plurality of pistons reciprocally received in the respective cylinder bores, a conversion mechanism, an actuator that changes the inclination angle of the swash plate, and a control mechanism that controls the actuator. The link mechanism disposed between the drive shaft and the swash plate allows a change in inclination angle of the swash plate with respect to a plane extending perpendicularly to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft. The conversion mechanism converts the rotation of the swash plate into reciprocal movement of the pistons in the cylinder bores with a stroke length according to the inclination angle of the swash plate.
Variable displacement swash plate compressor
A variable displacement swash compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a swash plate, a link mechanism, a piston, a conversion mechanism, an actuator, and a control mechanism. The swash plate is rotatable together with the drive shaft in a swash plate chamber. The conversion mechanism reciprocates the piston in a cylinder bore. The actuator changes the inclination angle of the swash plate. The actuator is rotatable integrally with the drive shaft. The actuator includes a partitioning body, a movable body, and a control pressure chamber. The control mechanism changes the pressure of the control pressure chamber to move the movable body. The movable body is adapted to pull the swash plate and increase the inclination angle when the pressure of the control pressure chamber increases.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT TYPE SWASH PLATE COMPRESSOR
A variable displacement type swash plate compressor includes a housing having therein a swash plate chamber and a plurality of cylinder bores, a drive shaft, a swash plate, and a link mechanism and a plurality of pistons. The compressor further includes a partitioning body, a movable body, a control chamber, a control mechanism and a connecting mechanism. The connecting mechanism includes first and second arms, a traction portion, and a link pin. The first and second arms have first and second guide surfaces that are placed in contact with the link pin. The link pin is held by the traction portion so as to be rollable on the first and second guide surfaces, respectively. A restrictor is provided on the ling pin or in the first and second arms so as to prevent the link pin from moving in a direction of an axis thereof.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT TYPE SWASH PLATE COMPRESSOR
In a variable displacement type swash plate compressor, a connecting mechanism that connects a movable body and a swash plate includes a first arm having a first guide surface and a second arm having a second guide surface. The first and second arms extend from the movable body toward the swash plate and disposed on opposite sides of an imaginary plane that is defined to extend passing through a top dead center portion and an axis of rotation. The first arm and the second arm have a first opening and a second opening, respectively, that are open in a direction opposite to a direction in which a link pin moves on the first guide surface and the second guide surface with an increase of the inclination angle of the swash plate.
Two-Way Wobble Plate Compressor
A two-way wobble plate compressor, comprising: a cylinder block (100); a two-way piston (200) capable of reciprocating within a cylinder bore (110) of the cylinder block (100); a drive shaft (310) driving the two-way piston (200); the two-way wobble plate compressor further includes a bearing unit, the bearing unit including a plurality of contact balls and an inner ring and an outer ring fitting with the plurality of contact balls, and the bearing unit having a central plane (P-P) angled to a perpendicular plane (I-I) of the drive shaft, wherein said drive shaft (310) is sleeved in the inner ring of the bearing unit, and is fixed to the inner ring; the outer ring of said bearing unit is coupled to the two-way piston, and when the drive shaft rotates, the two-way piston is driven via the bearing unit to perform reciprocating motion. The two-way wobble plate compressor of the present invention has a compact design, and may significantly reduce friction loss.

A two-way wobble plate compressor, comprising: a cylinder block (100); a two-way piston (200) capable of reciprocating within a cylinder bore (110) of the cylinder block (100); a drive assembly (300) driving the two-way piston (200), the drive assembly (300) including a drive shaft (310), a rotor (320) fixedly connected with the drive shaft (310), and an annular wobble plate (330) fitting with the rotor (320); the rotor (320) has an inner surface (323) for fitting with the annular wobble plate (330), the inner surface (323) include a first inner surface (324) and a second inner surface (325), which are oppositely arranged, and a rotor contact surface (326); the wobble plate (330) is partially encircled within the inner surface (323) of the rotor (320), and includes a first peripheral portion (334), a second peripheral portion (335), and a wobble plate contact surface (336); a first bearing (340) is provided between the first inner surface (324) and the first peripheral portion (334), a second bearing (350) is provided between the second inner surface (325) and the second peripheral portion (335), and a third bearing (360) is provided between the rotor contact surface (326) and the wobble plate contact surface (336). The two-way wobble plate compressor of the present invention may significantly reduce friction loss.
VARIABLE COMPRESSOR
A variable capacity piston type compressor has a front housing, cylinder housing and rear housing. A rotary shaft may have a first end and a second end. The first end of the rotary shaft may be disposed through and rotatably supported by the front housing. The second end of the rotary shaft may be disposed through the cylinder block. The second end of the rotary shaft may also have a reduced diameter portion and a shoulder portion. A stopper may be inserted over the reduced diameter portion of the rotary shaft and abut the shoulder portion of the rotary shaft.
SWASH PLATE TYPE LIQUID-PRESSURE ROTATING DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device includes a movement restricting mechanism configured to restrict a movement of a spherical bushing relative to a rotating shaft toward a first side in an axial direction. The movement restricting mechanism is a restricting member such that a portion of the spherical bushing which portion is located at the first side in the axial direction contacts the restricting member. The swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device further includes: a stopper attached to the rotating shaft; and a gap adjusting member. The gap adjusting member is inserted into a gap G3 formed between the stopper and the bearing when the spherical bushing, the retainer plate, the shoe, and the swash plate tightly contact one another in the axial direction. The gap adjusting member restricts a movement of the rotating shaft relative to the casing toward the first side in the axial direction.

A variable displacement swash plate type compressor which smoothly supplies oil contained in a refrigerant inside a crank-case to a drive shaft seal region of a front housing, and thus the frictional heat temperature between the drive shaft and a sealing member can be reduced, leakage of refrigerant and pressure is prevented, and durability can be improved.
