VACUUM PUMP, SCROLL PUMP, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SUCH
The invention relates to a scroll pump comprising a pressure sensor integrated into the scroll pump.
FLUID MACHINE
A fixed scroll member includes a fixed base and a spiral fixed tooth member mounted to the fixed base. An orbiting scroll member is made of a resin material and includes an orbiting base arranged to face the fixed base; and a spiral orbiting tooth member. A housing is configured to house the fixed scroll member and the orbiting scroll member with the fixed scroll member being fixed thereto. An orbiting slide surface is located to be radially outside of the orbiting base of the orbiting scroll member, and a housing slide surface is formed on a portion of the housing. The portion is made of a metal material and is arranged to face the orbiting slide surface. The orbiting slide surface is in slidable contact with the housing slide surface. The portion of the housing has an outer wall exposed to atmospheric air.
Scroll compressor having gap between tip spiral scroll wrap to end plate of fixed and orbiting scrolls that differs in axial length from gap between support of oldham ring and end plate of orbiting scroll
A scroll compressor includes an orbiting scroll including an end plate and a spiral element on the end plate, a fixed scroll including an end plate and a spiral element on the end plate, and an Oldham ring including a support. The scroll compressor satisfies a relation of 1>2, where 1 denotes each of the axial length of a gap between the tip of the spiral element of the orbiting scroll and the end plate of the fixed scroll and a gap between the tip of the spiral element of the fixed scroll and the end plate of the orbiting scroll, and 2 denotes the axial length of a gap between the end plate of the orbiting scroll and the support of the Oldham ring.
SCROLL FLUID MACHINE
Provided is a scroll fluid machine which can appropriately set a tip clearance between a tooth base and a tooth crest having an inclined portion and can achieve desired performance. An inclined portion in which a distance between opposing surfaces of an end plate of a fixed scroll and an end plate of an orbiting scroll facing each other gradually decreases from an outer peripheral side toward an inner peripheral side is provided. A tip clearance between a tooth crest of a wall of the orbiting scroll and a tooth base of the end plate of the fixed scroll facing the tooth crest at normal temperature is greater on the inner peripheral side than on the outer peripheral side.
SCROLL FLUID MACHINE AND TIP SEAL
The present invention improves performance of a scroll fluid machine by effectively exhibiting a function of a tip seal installed at a tooth tip of a wall body even when a continuous slope is provided to the wall body. A slope in which the distance between opposing surfaces of opposing end plates continuously reduces from the outer peripheral surface toward the inner peripheral surface is provided, and a tip seal (7) that comes into contact with an opposing tooth bottom so as to seal a fluid is provided to a tip seal groove (3d) formed at a tooth tip of a wall body (3b) corresponding to the slope. A groove bottom (3d1) of the tip seal groove (3d) is formed into a shape in which the center portion (3d2) in the groove width direction deepest. The tip seal (7) is formed such that the center portion (7a1), in the width direction, of the bottom (7a) of the tip seal (7) facing the groove bottom (3d1) projects farther than both side portions (7a2).
Scroll compression device having a sealing device, and scroll compressor including such a scroll compression device
The scroll compression device includes a first scroll element (11) having a first base plate (13) and a first spiral wrap (14); a second scroll element (12) having a second base plate (15) and a second spiral wrap (16), one of the first and second scroll elements (11, 12) being configured to perform an orbiting movement in relation to the other one of the first and second scroll elements, the first and second scroll elements (11, 12) intermeshing with each other and delimiting compression chambers (17); and a sealing device (28) arranged in an end face (19) of the first spiral wrap (14) and having a sealing surface configured to cooperate with the second base plate (15). The sealing device (28) is configured to allow fluid flow from an upstream compression chamber to a downstream compression chamber through the sealing surface when the pressure in the upstream compression chamber exceeds the pressure in the downstream compression chamber, and the sealing device (28) is configured to prevent fluid flow from a downstream compression chamber to an upstream compression chamber through the sealing surface when the pressure in the downstream compression chamber exceeds the pressure in the upstream compression chamber.
Scroll compressor with coated sliding surface
A compression device includes at least: two interleaved scrolls each of which is made of an aluminum alloy, one of the scrolls, being a fixed scroll (3), and is fixed and the other scroll, which is an orbiting scroll and moves eccentrically without rotating. Also included are anti-rotation means made of an aluminum alloy and configured to allow anti-rotation of the orbiting scroll. The compression device also includes one flat thrust bearing configured to axially contain the orbiting scroll and is made of aluminum alloys or grades of cast iron. The compression device also includes coatings for promoting friction between the fixed scroll, the orbiting scroll, the anti-rotation means and the flat thrust bearing.
Scroll compressor with wrap contour modification
A scroll compressor is provided that may include a first wrap, and a second wrap engaged with the first wrap and coupled to be eccentric to a center of rotation of a rotational shaft to form a compression chamber, moving toward a central portion, together with the first wrap while performing an orbiting motion with respect to the first wrap. A height of at least one of the first wrap or the second wrap may be formed to have at least two inclination machining amounts which decrease toward the central portion, and the inclination machining amount of the central portion may be larger than the inclination machining amount of an edge portion or a wrap rigidity at a specific section, thereby preventing frictional loss or abrasion of the wrap and breakage of the wrap.
Scallop step for a scroll compressor
A scroll member for a scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll member includes a base member and a wrap member formed on a major surface of the base member. The wrap member includes a modified portion. The modified portion includes a base, a step, and a scallop. The base extends a first distance from the major surface. The step extends a second distance from the base. The scallop extends a third distance from the scallop. The scallop is located at a wrap surface of the wrap member. The wrap surface is disposed relatively away from the major surface relative to the step.
SCROLL FLUID MACHINE
In this scroll fluid machine, a tip seal (7) that is in contact with facing end plates (5a) and that is for sealing in a fluid is provided to a tip seal groove (3d) formed on the tooth tip of a wall (3b). The tooth bottoms of the end plates (5a) have a shape in which a central section is deeper than a side section (5d3) in a width direction orthogonal to the spiral direction of a wall (5b). During operation, the protrusion amount () when the tip seal (7) protrudes from the tooth tip of the wall (3b) in an inclined section and is in contact with the facing end plates is greater than the protrusion amount () when the tip seal (7) protrudes from the tooth tip of the wall (3b) in a flat section and is in contact with the facing end plates.
