Hermetic compressor

A hermetic compressor is provided that may include a vane that is inserted into a roller, rotates with the roller, and is pushed out toward an inner circumference of a cylinder by rotation of the roller to divide the compression chamber into a plurality of spaces. The vane may include a body having a sealing surface that contacts the inner circumference of the cylinder and inserted into the roller; and a guide that extends from an axial end of the body in a direction crossing a direction the vane slides out, and that is slidably inserted into a guide groove formed on at least one of the first bearing or the second bearing to restrain the vane from sliding out of the roller toward the inner circumference of the cylinder.

Vane motor

A vane motor with a rotor body driven by compressed air having vane gaps for radially movable vanes and a rotor shaft for rotatably bearing the rotor body relative to a motor bushing. A method for lubricating a vane motor that ensures particularly long, low-service operation is provided. The rotor shaft is configured as a hollow shaft with a first lubricant reservoir in the interior. The first lubricant reservoir has a lubricant filling opening accessible from the outside of the vane motor. The first lubricant reservoir is connected by at least one radial lubricant hole to at least one further lubricant reservoir arranged in a section of the rotor body between two vane gaps, and/or is connected to an outlet opening arranged in one of the vane gaps for supplying lubricant into the vane gap.

Rotary compressor

A rotary compressor is provided that may include a rotational shaft including at least one protrusion formed on an outer peripheral surface, first and second bearings configured to support the rotational shaft in a radial direction, a cylinder disposed between the first and second bearings to form a compression space, a rotor disposed in the compression space and coupled to the rotational shaft to compress a refrigerant as the rotor rotates, and at least one vane slidably inserted into the rotor, the at least one vane coming into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder to separate the compression space into a plurality of regions. The rotor may include at least one groove which is formed on an inner peripheral surface and faces the at least one protrusion.

Compressor having round part placed near outlet port

The present disclosure provides a compressor including a rounded portion surrounding a discharge port, including a cylinder without an oil-blocking structure for ease of shaping the rounded portion, and including a valve-recess cover coupled to the cylinder. At least one valve-recess is defined in an outer face portion of the cylinder. A discharge valve assembly is fixedly received in the valve-recess, wherein the discharge valve assembly is configured for opening and closing the discharge port. The valve-recess is defined between the outer face, primary and secondary side blocks. The rounded portion surrounds the discharge port, to reduce a contact area between the discharge port and the valve assembly.
