ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes: an annular cylinder; a rotation shaft which is rotated by the motor; a piston which revolves along an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder, and forms a cylinder chamber on the inside of the cylinder; a vane which protrudes to the inside of the cylinder chamber from a vane groove provided in the cylinder, and divides the cylinder chamber into an inlet chamber and a compression chamber by abutting against the piston; and an injection hole which injects a liquid refrigerant to the inside of the compression chamber. The center of the injection hole is disposed to be within a fan-like range of which a center angle is equal to or less than 40° toward a side opposite to a connection position between the compressor housing and the inlet unit from a center line of the vane groove in the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft.
AIR CONDITIONER AND COMPRESSOR
The present disclosure relates to an air conditioner and a compressor. The compressor includes: a first cylinder assembly, including a first cylinder body and a first sliding vane, a volume control assembly, including a pressure regulator; wherein the pressure regulator is provided with a storage cavity, and the storage cavity is communicated with the variable volume control cavity; wherein the first sliding vane is configured to slide in a reciprocating manner between the first compression cavity and the variable volume control cavity along the first sliding vane groove, to change the volume of the variable volume control cavity; and the refrigerant introduced into the variable volume control cavity flows between the variable volume control cavity and the storage cavity along with a change of the volume of the variable volume control cavity.
TWO-CYLINDER HERMETIC COMPRESSOR
In the two-cylinder hermetic compressor, a main bearing is disposed on one surface of a first cylinder, an intermediate plate is disposed on another surface of the first cylinder, the intermediate plate is disposed on one surface of a second cylinder, and an auxiliary bearing is disposed on another surface of the second cylinder. A shaft is constituted by a main shaft portion which has a rotor attached thereto and is supported by the main bearing, a first eccentric portion having a first piston attached thereto, a second eccentric portion having a second piston attached thereto, and an auxiliary shaft portion supported by the auxiliary bearing. A thrust receiving portion is provided on a side of the second eccentric portion facing the auxiliary shaft portion, and the auxiliary bearing is provided with a thrust surface on which the end face of the thrust receiving portion slides while contacting therewith. The thrust surface is provided with a ring groove.
HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATING MACHINE HAVING A HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR
A high pressure compressor according to the present disclosure and a refrigerating cycle device to which the high pressure compressor is applied may include a casing having a sealed inner space; drive motor provided in the inner space of the casing; a compression unit provided in the inner space of the casing, and provided with a compression space for compressing refrigerant, and provided with a suction port for guiding refrigerant into the compression space, and provided with a discharge port for guiding refrigerant compressed in the compression space into the inner space of the casing a discharge valve provided in the compression unit to selectively open or close the discharge port according to a difference between a pressure of the inner space of the casing and a pressure of the compression space of the compression unit; a first valve configured to suppress refrigerant discharged from the inner space of the casing from flowing backward into the inner space of the casing; a bypass pipe connected between a discharge side and a suction side of the compression unit based on the compression unit; and a second valve provided at the bypass pipe to selectively open or close the bypass pipe.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR, HEAT PUMP, AND HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
A rotary compressor 1 comprises a cylindrical housing 8, a cylindrical roller 10 accommodated in the housing 8, a motor shaft 13 leading through the roller 10 having a cam 14 for rolling the roller 10 along a side wall 15 of the housing 8, and a discharge port 18 leading through a bottom cover 12, wherein a height-to-radius ratio hr/rr of the roller 10 is between 0.6 and 1.2, a radius rs of the motor shaft 13 is 8.0 mm or less, a cam height he of 14 mm or less, an area Q of the discharge port 18 of 17 mm.sup.2 or more, and a thickness d of the discharge port 18 of 2.5 mm or less. For operation of the compressor 1, a top cover 19 may be put onto the top open side of the housing 8. The top cover 19 may have a bushing for the shaft 13. A heat pump P comprises the compressor 1. A household appliance H, in particular laundry care apparatus H, comprises the heat pump P.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes a cylinder including a cylinder chamber, a piston movably arranged relative to the cylinder in the cylinder chamber, and a sliding member slideable against the cylinder and the piston in the cylinder chamber. The cylinder and the piston are constructed from an Al—Si alloy having a Si content exceeding 12.6 wt %, which is a eutectic point. The sliding member is constructed from steel and has a surface layer including a sliding surface slideable against the cylinder and the piston. The surface layer is treated so as to have greater hardness than hardness of proeutectic Si contained in the Al—Si alloy, and the surface layer has hardness of at least Hv 1000 in the sliding surface.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A rotary compressor includes a cylinder having a cylinder chamber and bush groove, a piston housed in the cylinder chamber, a blade formed with the piston to separate the cylinder chamber into low and high pressure chambers, and a pair of bushes. The bushes are fitted in the bush groove with flat surfaces facing each other to hold the blade. The flat surface of at least the bush on the low-pressure side has a crowned portion starting from a position closer to the back pressure space than a swing center position, and extending toward an edge of the bush closer to the cylinder chamber. The swing center position is where a gap between the blade and the bush is constant while the piston rotates eccentrically.
Rotary compressor
A rotary compressor includes: a compressor housing stores lubricating oil; a compression unit compresses the refrigerant; and a motor drives the compression unit. The compression unit includes a cylinder, an upper end plate and a lower end plate, a main bearing provided on the upper end plate, a sub bearing provided on the lower end plate, a rotary shaft supported by the main bearing and the sub bearing, and a piston fitted to the rotary shaft. An inner peripheral surface of a shaft hole of the sub bearing is provided with an oil-supply groove having a helical shape that supplies the lubricating oil from a lower end to an upper end of the shaft hole, and the oil-supply groove is inclined with respect to the rotary shaft in a rotating direction and extends from the lower end toward the upper end of the rotary shaft in the rotating direction.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR AND HOME APPLIANCE INCLUDING SAME
This rotary compressor comprises: a casing forming the outer shape; a rolling piston configured to rotate eccentrically in an internal space; a vane configured to contact the rolling piston and divide the internal space into a suction chamber and a compression chamber; and a main suction port connecting the suction chamber to an outside of the cylinder. The rotary compressor also comprises: a cylinder disposed inside the casing; a first flange disposed above the cylinder; and a second flange disposed below the cylinder. The main suction port comprises a sub suction port extending in a direction in which at least one among the first flange and the second flange is disposed, and at least one among the first flange and the second flange has a flow path groove connecting the sub suction port and the suction chamber.

A compressor includes a casing configured to accommodate refrigerant and oil, a discharger disposed at a side of the casing and configured to discharge the refrigerant, a driver including a stator and a rotor, a rotation shaft that is coupled to the rotor and that extends in a direction away from the discharger, a compressing assembly that is coupled to the rotation shaft, that is configured to be lubricated with the oil, and that is configured to compress the refrigerant and discharge the compressed refrigerant in the direction away from the discharger, a muffler coupled to the compressing assembly and configured to guide the refrigerant to the discharger, and a bypassing portion disposed outside the casing and configured to transfer the refrigerant or the oil from the muffler to the discharger.
