Fan device with oil-retaining bearing
A fan device with oil-retaining bearing includes a base seat and an oil-retaining bearing. The base seat has a central tubular section and a bearing cup extending from the central tubular section to one side. The bearing cup has an internal bearing hole. The central tubular section has at least one mating section in adjacency to the bearing hole. The oil-retaining bearing is disposed in the bearing hole. The oil-retaining bearing has at least one connection section mated with the mating section. The connection section and the mating section are mated with each other so that the oil-retaining bearing is securely disposed in the bearing hole. In addition, the operation of the shaft will not be affected due to the press fit and the difficulty in controlling the glue dispensing process.
Thin fan
A thin type fan includes an impeller and a motor. The impeller includes a hub and a blade structure disposed around the hub. The motor includes a stator structure, a magnetic assembly, a bearing structure and a rotational shaft. The motor drives the impeller to rotate. The magnetic assembly is disposed within the hub and around the stator structure. The magnetic assembly includes a magnet and a magnetically permeable shell. The bearing structure includes a bearing seat and a single ball bearing. The single ball bearing is disposed in the bearing seat and forms an accommodating space, and the rotational shaft is disposed in the accommodating space.
OUTER-ROTOR MOTOR AND BLOWER HAVING THE SAME
An outer-rotor motor includes a support base, a stator attached around the support base, and a rotor rotatably mounted to the stator. The support base includes a substrate and a bearing holder separately formed and assembled together. A through hole is formed in a central area of the substrate. The bearing holder includes a first end engaged with the through hole and a second end protruding in a direction away from the substrate.
Bushing structure and fan
A bushing structure cooperating with a shaft is disclosed. The bushing structure includes a cylindrical body and an extension portion. The cylindrical body has a shaft hole and the shaft is disposed in the shaft hole. The extension portion is disposed at one end of the cylindrical body and surrounds the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body and the extension portion are made of an iron-contained material.
Pap system blower
A blower includes a housing including an inlet and an outlet, a bearing-housing structure provided to the housing and adapted to rotatably support a rotor, a motor provided to the bearing-housing structure and adapted to drive the rotor, and an impeller provided to the rotor. The bearing-housing structure includes a bearing shaft having a bearing surface that rotatably supports the rotor. The bearing shaft provides only a single bearing of the non-ball bearing type for the rotor.
Fan module and motor
Fan modules and motors are disclosed. The fan motor includes a bearing holder having a first bearing holder end and a second bearing holder end. The bearing holder has a first section with a first diameter that is smaller than diameters of the first bearing holder end and the second bearing holder end. The motor further includes a first bearing retained by the bearing holder at the first bearing holder end, and a second bearing retained by the bearing holder at the second bearing holder end. The motor further includes a shaft retained by the first bearing and the second bearing, and a stator surrounding the first section of the bearing holder.
Ceiling fan motor housing with wiring harness
A ceiling fan assembly a motor assembly having a non-rotating, hollow, motor shaft, a stator winding carried by the motor shaft, a wiring harness passing through the hollow of the motor shaft and electrically coupled to the stator winding.
Pressproof fan structure
A pressproof fan structure includes: a fan frame having an upper case and a lower case; a support shaft having one end inserted into the lower case, and the other end protruding out from the upper case; an oil-retaining bearing having a bearing hole, in which the support shaft is fitted; a rotor assembly fitted around and connected with the oil-retaining bearing; a restriction member fitted around the support shaft near the oil-retaining bearing; a thrust member fitted around the support shaft near the oil-retaining bearing; and a stator assembly disposed on the lower case near the oil-retaining bearing without contacting.
Ceiling fan
An ceiling fan comprising a motor system. The motor system is mounted around a motor shaft. The motor shaft couples to a downrod for suspending the ceiling fan from a structure. The motor shaft and motor are encased by a motor housing. The motor housing comprises hub arms for mounting a plurality of blade holders. The blade holders coupled to a plurality of blades rotatable about the motor during operation. The downrod comprises a wire disk mounting guy wiring to the downrod. A retention rod is utilized internal of the motor and downrod as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector is internal of the motor shaft and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor.
Integrated gas compressor
An integrated gas compressor is disclosed herein. The integrated gas compressor includes an integrated motor with a stator, centrifugal impellers, and a shaft assembly with a rotor and conical transition. The integrated motor can produce an electromotive force that is imparted by the stator to rotate the rotor and components coupled to the rotor, such as the conical transition and the centrifugal impellers. At least one of the rotor and conical transition have a cavity.
