Motor assembly for driving a pump or rotary device with a low inductance resistor for a matrix converter

A resistor assembly for a motor drive circuit for an electric motor assembly can have a generally circular shape. The resistor assembly includes a resistor with input and output connectors and a pair of conductor elements extending from the input and output connectors. The pair of conductor elements extend adjacent each other along a curved serpentine path so the resistor has a generally circular outer perimeter and a generally circular inner perimeter. The curved serpentine path of the pair of conductor elements allows current to flow through the pair of conductor elements so that magnetic fields generated by the current flow through the pair of conductor elements cancel each other, thereby providing the resistor with low inductance.

Ceiling fan

A ceiling fan comprising a motor system. The motor system is mounted around a motor shaft. The motor shaft couples to a downrod for suspending the ceiling fan from a structure. The motor shaft and motor are encased by a motor housing. The motor housing comprises hub arms for mounting a plurality of blade holders. The blade holders coupled to a plurality of blades rotatable about the motor during operation. The downrod comprises a wire disk mounting guy wiring to the downrod. A retention rod is utilized internal of the motor and downrod as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector is internal of the motor shaft and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor.

FAN STATOR STRUCTURE

A fan stator structure includes a silicon steel sheet lamination formed of a plurality of laminated silicon steel sheets located between a set of insulating supports and having coils wound thereon; and a plurality of conducting coil end holders respectively including a fixing section and a connecting section, and a receiving zone located between the two sections. The fixing and the connecting section are located at two opposite ends of the conducting coil end holder, and the fixing section is connected to the set of insulating supports. The receiving zone is configured for receiving a front and a back end of the coils, so that the front and back ends of the coils are in contact with the conducting coil end holders. With the conducting coil end holders, the fan stator structure can be manufactured with simplified procedures, reduced time and labor costs, and upgraded good yield rate.

VACUUM PUMP AND CONTROL DEVICE FOR VACUUM PUMP
20220074421 · 2022-03-10 ·

A vacuum pump and a control device are capable of accurately determining timing of rotor blade replacement by creating an index which allows a degree of fatigue of a rotor blade to be determined quantitatively and easily. A motor current value output from a motor drive control portion is input to a time count processing portion, and time in which a current value of a rotating body remains in a range of a stage is totalized for each stage of the current value in the time count processing portion. A rotor blade temperature value output from a rotor blade temperature measurement portion is also input to the time count processing portion. A one-minute average value of the rotor blade temperature value acquired by sampling is calculated. For each stage of the rotor blade temperature value, time in which the average value remains in a range of the stage is totalized.
