CEILING FAN
A ceiling fan including a retention system and method of redundantly retaining a ceiling fan can include a ceiling fan motor assembly including a hollow motor shaft at least partially surrounded by a motor housing. A retainer plate is provided at the bottom of the motor housing including an opening. A retainer rod extends through the opening in the retainer plate and secures to the retainer plate. A support cable couples to the retainer rod to suspend the retainer plate from a structure, wherein the retainer plate is configured to redundantly retainer the ceiling fan.
Ceiling fan
A ceiling fan comprising a motor system. The motor system is mounted around a motor shaft. The motor shaft couples to a downrod for suspending the ceiling fan from a structure. The motor shaft and motor are encased by a motor housing. The motor housing comprises hub arms for mounting a plurality of blade holders. The blade holders coupled to a plurality of blades rotatable about the motor during operation. The downrod comprises a wire disk mounting guy wiring to the downrod. A retention rod is utilized internal of the motor and downrod as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector is internal of the motor shaft and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor.
COOLING FAN AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
A cooling fan with shapes, sizes, and placements of frame and supporting ribs tuned to reduce operational vibration and noise includes a fan frame, a supporting base, and a plurality of ribs. The fan frame includes a bottom plate and a sidewall connected to the bottom plate. The supporting base is formed at the bottom plate. The plurality of ribs extends from an outer circumferential surface of the supporting base to the sidewall. At least one of the plurality of ribs and the fan frame is asymmetrical with respect to the supporting base.
ROTATING MACHINE HAVING CONTRA-ROTATING PROPELLER
Provided is a rotating machine which may include a fixed shaft; a fixation module having at least one fixation part coupled to an outer peripheral surface of the fixed shaft; and a rotation module rotatably supported by the fixed shaft, wherein the rotation module includes a first rotation module and a second rotation module, the first rotation module including a first rotation module support, a first rotation module-permanent magnet installed on an inner peripheral surface of the first rotation module support, and a first rotation module propeller installed on an outer peripheral surface of the first rotation module support, and the second rotation module including a second rotation module support, a second rotation module-permanent magnet installed on an inner peripheral surface of the second rotation module support, and a second rotation module propeller installed on an outer peripheral surface of the second rotation module support.
AXIAL FAN MOTOR
To provide an axial fan motor increasing the mounting area of a circuit board and further improving heat dissipation as compared with the axial fan motor in the related art. A fan device as an axial fan motor includes: a casing having a hollow tubular shape and provided with an intake opening at one end in an axial direction and an exhaust opening at another end in the axial direction; an impeller including a plurality of blades and accommodated in the casing; a motor accommodated in the casing and configured to rotate the impeller; and a plurality of circuit boards arranged along the axial direction at a side close to exhaust opening in the casing.
Radial gap type rotating electrical machine, blower, compressor, and air conditioner
A radial gap type rotating electrical machine includes a field and an armature. The field includes a permanent magnet and a magnetic ring which serves as a back yoke of the permanent magnet. The magnetic ring is provided at a position farther from the armature than the permanent magnet, and includes a recess at a magnetic pole center. The magnetic pole center is a center of a magnetic pole in a circumferential direction with respect to a rotation axis. A thickness of the recess in the radial direction around the rotation axis as a center comes to locally thin.
