Ceiling fan motor with axle and a sleeve with cable groove and a shoulder, the sleeve wrapped around the axle, bearings around the sleeve and rotor/stator coupling portions
A ceiling fan motor includes a sleeve, a stator unit fixed around the sleeve, a rotor unit rotatably mounted around the sleeve, and an axle detachably mounted to the sleeve. The axle can include an extending section and a suspension section. The extending section extends through and is coupled to the sleeve. The suspension section is exposed outside of the sleeve. The extending section can be contiguous to the suspension section. An outer diameter of the axle at the extending section can be smaller than an outer diameter at the suspension section to form a shoulder. An end of the sleeve can abut the shoulder.
Motor with backing ring diecast in rotor can
An electric fan includes a plurality of blades and an electric motor for rotating the blades. The electric motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator about an axis. The rotor includes a backing ring and a diecast rotor can. The can includes a non-machined sidewall that is diecast integrally as part of the rotor can. The sidewall extends about the axis. The rotor can is diecast in an overlying relationship with at least part of the backing ring, with the sidewall and backing ring being securely interengaged so as to restrict relative shifting therebetween.
DESTRATIFICATION FAN ASSEMBLY
A destratification fan assembly of an industrial environment includes a support frame fixable to the ceiling of the industrial environment, a blade group rotatable about a main axis (X-X) and an electric motor group supporting the blade group and supported by the support frame. The electric motor group includes a drive shaft having a blade end to which the blade group is solidly connected, an electric motor operatively connected to the drive shaft to guide it in rotation, and an electronic command device of the electric motor for commanding the electric motor. In some embodiments, the electric motor includes a rotor and a stator, wherein the rotor is of the external rotor type.
FAN IMPELLER
A fan impeller includes a hub, a shaft, a metal housing, a magnetic ring and a plurality of blades. The outer periphery of the hub has a curved surface. The shaft is disposed in the hub and connected to the hub. The metal housing has an annular shape and is disposed in the hub. The magnetic ring is disposed at the inner side of the metal housing. The blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the hub.
Ceiling fan
An ceiling fan comprising a motor system. The motor system is mounted around a motor shaft. The motor shaft couples to a downrod for suspending the ceiling fan from a structure. The motor shaft and motor are encased by a motor housing. The motor housing comprises hub arms for mounting a plurality of blade holders. The blade holders coupled to a plurality of blades rotatable about the motor during operation. The downrod comprises a wire disk mounting guy wiring to the downrod. A retention rod is utilized internal of the motor and downrod as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector is internal of the motor shaft and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor.
FAN
A fan includes a frame, an impeller and a motor. The frame includes a base, a frame housing and a plurality of static blades. The frame housing includes an outlet. The static blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the base and connect between the base and the frame housing. A distance is provided between the outlet and the ends of the static blades located adjacent to the outlet, and the static blades are not protruding from the outlet. The impeller includes a hub and a plurality of rotor blades. The hub has a curved surface. The slopes of the straight lines connecting any two points on the curved surface are not equal. The rotor blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the hub. The motor is disposed on the base, and connects with and drives the impeller to rotate.
Rotor assembly and turbine engine with gas bearings including such a rotor assembly
A rotor assembly is presented for a turbine engine with gas bearings including a solid permanent magnet with no central bore. The rotor assembly also includes a first shaft having at least one bearing intended for engaging with a support bearing to form a gas bearing and ensure rotational guidance of the first shaft as well as a thrust disk. The solid permanent magnet is press-fitted inside a band made of a nonmagnetic material, the band is integral with the first shaft in an extension thereof, and a second shaft has at least one bearing intended for engaging with a support bearing to form a second gas bearing and ensure rotational guidance of the second shaft, coaxially with the first shaft such that the first shaft, the band, and the second shaft form an integral assembly.
Fan central barrel coupling structure
A fan central tube coupling structure includes a base and a central tube. The base has a first section and a second section that together define an upward tapered receiving recess below the base. The central tube is externally provided on around a bottom end with a first and a second protruded section and an engagement groove defined between the first and second protruded sections. The second protruded section has an interference pressing surface defined on an outermost peripheral surface thereof. The central tube is axially extended through the base, such that the second protruded section is axially press-fitted into the tapered receiving recess and the interference pressing surface is radially outward forced against the tapered receiving recess. In the meantime, the second section of the base is fitted in the engagement groove and clamped in place by between the first protruded section and the second protruded section.
Stator unit, motor, and fan motor
In a fan motor, a stator unit of a motor that rotates an impeller includes an annular stator, the center of which is positioned on a central axis, and a housing including an accommodating portion that accommodates a part of a resin portion covering at least a part of the stator. At least one of a bottom face of the accommodating portion oriented to the stator in the axial direction and an inner side face of the accommodating portion oriented to an inner side in the radial direction is provided with a plurality of stepped portions. The stepped portions are different from each other in length in the axial direction when provided in the bottom face, and/or in length in the radial direction when provided in the inner side face.
