The blower includes a stator that surrounds the rotor from outside in a radial direction about the central axis and includes S slots arranged in a circumferential direction about the central axis, and N blades that are attached to the shaft and arranged in the circumferential direction. A combination of the number P of magnetic poles and the number S of slots is one of P=8 and S=9, P=10 and S=9, P=10 and S=12 and P=14 and S=12. The number N of blades is an integer greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 10 excluding integral multiples of P/2.

A ceiling fan assembly including a non-rotating motor shaft with an upper and lower bearing stop, a stator mounted to the non-rotating motor shaft, a rotor surrounding the stator, a motor housing having an upper bearing seat spaced above the upper bearing stop and a lower bearing seat spaced below the lower bearing stop, an upper bearing seated within the upper bearing seat, a lower bearing seated within the lower bearing seat, and a downrod coupling provided on the non-rotating shaft. When the ceiling fan assembly is suspended from a structure with the downrod coupling, the weight of the rotor presses the upper bearing against the upper bearing stop such that the weight of the rotor is transferred through the upper bearing to the non-rotating shaft.

A cooling fan includes: a rotary shaft which is rotatably supported in a fan housing; a rotor which is fixed to the rotary shaft; a stator which is fixed to the fan housing, is arranged so as to be arranged at a predetermined gap away from the rotor, and includes a plurality of stacked stator cores on which a coil is wound; an impeller which is connected to the rotor; a printed circuit board (PCB) which is installed on the bottom side of the stator and controls the cooling fan; and a ground portion which is installed on the stator cores, is electrically connected to a ground pattern of the PCB and expands a ground surface. Thus, damage of circuit components due to electrostatic electricity is prevented, and EMI shielding properties are improved.

Fan frame body with damping structure and fan thereof

A fan frame body with damping structure and a fan thereof. The fan frame body includes a fan frame main body having a first opening, a second opening, a flow way and a base section. The first and second openings are respectively positioned at the upper and lower ends of the fan frame main body. The flow way is disposed between the first and second openings in communication with the first and second openings. The base section is disposed at the second opening. A bearing cup and multiple static blades are perpendicularly disposed on the base section. Two ends of the static blades are respectively connected with the base section and the fan frame main body. Multiple damping structures are annularly disposed on an inner wall of the fan frame main body. The damping structures are raised body structures or recess structures.

A housing (17) of a fan (1) has an inflow-side end surface (2), an outflow-side end surface (16), and a wall ring (15). The wall ring 15 extends in a direction of an axis (12) from one of the end surfaces (2) to the other (16) and adjoins a fan passage. A fan wheel (10) is arranged in the fan passage. A grid (3) is arranged on the inflow-side end surface (2). The grid has a hub (8) positioned centrally in the fan passage. Primary struts (4) extend in the radial direction between the hub (8) and the edge of the fan passage. Secondary struts (6) intersect the primary struts (4).

A blower includes a rotor blade rotatable about a central axis extending in an axial direction, a motor that rotates the rotor blade, and a housing that surrounds the rotor blade and the motor. The housing includes stator blades extending in a forward rotation direction of the rotor blade toward an axially lower side of the blower, a porous wall including multiple holes arranged in both the radial direction and in the circumferential direction, and a cylinder portion extending in the axial direction and radially outward of the porous wall. The hole penetrates the porous wall through upper to lower surfaces thereof. The stator blade is axially below the rotor blade. An axially upper end portion of the porous wall is between an axially lower end portion of the rotor blade and an axially upper end portion of the stator blade.
