The fan assembly also includes a motor shaft coupled to the fan pitch adjuster and to the hub, where the motor shaft is configured to drive rotation of the fan pitch adjuster and the hub. The fan assembly further includes an actuator coupled to the fan pitch adjuster and configured to axially move the fan pitch adjuster along the motor shaft and relative to the hub to adjust the pitch of the fan blade.
Variable Pitch Fan Control System
A fan control system for a variable pitch fan of a work vehicle includes a first sensor that measures a parameter of a cooling system and a blade pitch module that adjust a pitch of a plurality of blades of the variable pitch fan to generate airflow in a first direction. A reversing module selectively commands a fan reversal that includes instructing the blade pitch module to temporarily adjust the pitch of the plurality of blades to generate airflow in a second direction. A first timer module, in response to the reversing module commanding the fan reversal, resets and increments a first timer and compares the first timer to a first threshold. A first reversal prevention module, in response to the first timer being less than the first threshold, prevents the reversing module from commanding a fan reversal by indicating that a first type of fan reversal is not permitted.
Fan wheel driven in only one rotational direction
A fan wheel to be driven in only one rotational direction comprising a central drive unit. A hub positioned coaxially relative to the drive unit and comprising radial fan blades mounted in the hub. The fan blades engage at the base end of the hub between two drive tracks which are fixed relative to the drive unit and are arranged coaxially opposite one another in the direction of the axis of rotation of the fan wheel. The fan blades can be adjusted in terms of their blade angle, into opposing blowing directions, by being driven by a respective one of the drive tracks about their blade axis via a reversal plane which extends perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the fan wheel.
Blade angle position feedback system with embedded markers
There is provided a blade angle feedback system for an aircraft-bladed rotor rotatable about a longitudinal axis and having an adjustable blade pitch angle. A feedback device is coupled to rotate with the rotor and to move along the axis with adjustment of the blade pitch angle. The feedback device comprises a body having position marker(s) embedded therein, the body made of a first material having a first magnetic permeability and the position marker(s) comprising a second material having a second magnetic permeability greater than the first. Sensor(s) are positioned adjacent the feedback device and configured for producing, as the feedback device rotates about the axis, sensor signal(s) in response to detecting passage of the position marker(s). A control unit is communicatively coupled to the sensor(s) and configured to generate a feedback signal indicative of the blade pitch angle in response to the sensor signal(s) received from the sensor(s).
Aircraft propeller electric blade pitch change and control
A propeller assembly of an aircraft includes a hub, a plurality of propeller blades extending from the hub and secured thereto and a propeller blade pitch change system located at at least one propeller blade of the plurality of propeller blades. The propeller blade pitch change system includes a pitch change actuator located in the propeller blade, and a drive mechanism operably connected to the pitch change actuator and to the propeller blade to urge rotation of the propeller blade about a propeller blade axis.
FAN LAMP
A fan lamp, including a turntable, an elastic restoring assembly and fan blades, the fan blades are connected with the turntable through the elastic restoring assembly, the elastic restoring assembly includes an upper cover, a lower cover and an elastic member, two ends of the elastic member are connected with the upper cover and the lower cover respectively, the upper cover can rotate relative to the lower cover and drives the elastic member to be deformed elastically, the fan blades are connected with the upper cover, and the turntable is connected with the lower cover; and the upper cover includes a connecting member, the lower cover includes a connection mating member, the upper cover and the lower cover have the same circumferential contour and are both circular.
