In the circumferential wall, at a first end between the circumferential wall and the tongue portion, and at a second end between the circumferential wall and the discharge portion, a distance between an axis of the rotational shaft and the circumferential wall is equal to a distance between the axis of the rotational shaft and a standard circumferential wall, and is greater than or equal to the distance between the first end and the second end of the circumferential wall, the circumferential wall including an extended portion between the first end and the second end of the circumferential wall and bulging out, at a position facing the circumferential portion of the main plate, in a direction parallel to the rotational shaft.
CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR WITH REVERSE OVERHUNG VOLUTE
A centrifugal compressor for a chiller includes a first stage impeller, a first stage diffuser, a second stage impeller, a second stage diffuser, and a second stage volute. The first stage impeller is arranged to receive refrigerant from an inlet. The second stage volute is disposed downstream of the second stage diffuser to receive the refrigerant after the refrigerant has been compressed. The second stage volute has a reverse overhung configuration.
BLOWER DEVICE AND RESPIRATOR INCLUDING BLOWER DEVICE
A blower device and a respirator including the blower device. The blower device comprises a case, a blower vibration source disposed within the case and a buffering assembly for associating the blower vibration source and the case, wherein the vibration absorption assembly comprises at least two of a locating buffering member associated with a top portion of the blower vibration source, a connection buffering member in which at least a part of the blower vibration source is received and a support buffering member associated with a bottom portion of the blower vibration source. The blower device is capable of effectively buffering vibration of the blower device, decreasing noise transmission and has a simple structure.
BLOWER HOUSING FOR BLOWER OF HVAC SYSTEM
A blower assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a centrifugal fan having a fan wheel. A plurality of blades are coupled to the fan wheel at an inner blade boundary and extend radially to an outer blade boundary. The blower assembly includes a first housing panel and a second housing panel disposed on opposite sides of the centrifugal fan and extending transverse to the centrifugal fan. The blower assembly includes a wall extending between the first housing panel and the second housing panel and a flange extending from the wall at a vertex. The flange extends outwardly from the wall. A first radial distance from the vertex to the outer blade boundary is between 4 percent and 20 percent of a second radial distance from a rotational axis of the centrifugal fan to the outer blade boundary.
Double-suction centrifugal pump
The present invention relates to a reinforcing structure for a casing accommodating an impeller. A double-suction centrifugal pump includes: a rotational shaft (1); an impeller (2) secured to the rotational shaft (1); a casing (3) that accommodates the impeller (2) therein; and legs (5) secured to the casing (3). The casing (3) includes a suction volute (20) that communicates with a suction port (6), the casing (3) includes an upper casing (3a) and a lower casing (3b) fastened to each other, at least one rib (28A, 28B, 28C) is provided on each of both side surfaces of the lower casing (3b) constituting the suction volute (20), the rib (28A, 28B, 28C) extends in a radial direction of the rotational shaft (1) when viewed from an axial direction of the rotational shaft (1), and the rib (28A, 28B, 28C) is separated from the legs (5).
Blower
There is provided a blower realizing characteristics in which the pressure is reduced as the flow rate is increased in pressure-flow rate characteristics in a case where an impeller rotates at a fixed rotation speed, while having a simple structure. An impeller includes a main plate formed in a disc shape and a plurality of main blades formed to stand on the main plate, the impeller is extended to a position facing the inside of a discharge flow path formed so as to circle on an outer peripheral side, and auxiliary blades are formed to stand on an extended portion extended inside the discharge flow path.
