Radial Turbomachine
A radial turbomachine has a first housing part and a second housing part, which jointly form and delimit a flow channel. The first housing part forms a motor chamber for accommodating a drive motor, and the second housing part forms a gas inlet. Furthermore, a radial impeller is provided, which can be driven about an axis of rotation by the drive motor in order to suction a gas from outside the turbomachine through the gas inlet into the flow channel and to convey said gas out of the flow channel through a gas outlet to the outside. The first housing part or the second housing part forms the gas outlet at a radial distance from the axis of rotation and peripherally delimits the gas outlet.
Electric fan and vacuum cleaner having same
An electric fan and a vacuum cleaner having the same are provided. The electric fan includes: a cover having an open side; an impeller disposed in the cover; a diffuser including a diffuser body and a plurality of vanes, the diffuser body being located at a side of the impeller adjacent to the cover, the plurality of vanes being disposed at an end of the diffuser body adjacent to impeller and spaced apart from one another along an outer circumference of the impeller, an outlet angle of each vane being denoted as β, and β satisfying: 45°≤β≤90°; and a refluxer disposed at an end of the diffuser body away from the impeller. The electric fan reduces flow losses of airflow, and improves work efficiency.
Compressor housing for turbocharger and method for manufacturing the same
A compressor housing for a turbocharger, which is composed of a scroll piece, a shroud piece, and an outer-circumferential annular piece. The scroll piece includes a through part constituting a discharge port, a first intermediate wall surface extended from an intake-side wall surface of a scroll chamber and smoothly connected with the discharge port, and a scroll outer-circumferential part. The outer-circumferential annular piece includes an outer-circumferential annular press-fit part press fitted into the scroll outer-circumferential part, and a protruding part bent from an outer-circumference-side wall surface of the scroll chamber. The protruding part is inserted into the through part to form an inner wall surface of an intermediate part that communicates the discharge port with the scroll chamber. Then, the compressor housing is fixed to a center housing that is made of iron with high rigidity through joining parts provided at the scroll piece.
OBLIQUE FLOW BOOSTER FAN
An oblique flow booster fan includes an impeller having an impeller body and a plurality of blades, each blade spirally extended from top to bottom, two ends of each blade provided an upper edge and a lower edge respectively, and the upper edge having a width larger than the lower edge; an air guide assembly including an outer ring, an inner cylinder spaced apart in the outer ring, and air guide vanes evenly connected between the outer ring and the inner cylinder; a motor installed in the inner cylinder and having a rotating shaft connected to the impeller body; and a pressurization volute casing arranged outside the impeller and connected to the outer ring, one end of the pressurization volute casing provided with an air inlet, and another end of the outer ring provided with an air outlet. The fan is high wind pressure and low noise.
HUMIDIFICATION AND AIR CLEANING APPARATUS
A humidification and air cleaning apparatus is provided, in which a first sweep angle and a second sweep angle are formed at diffuser blades, and an included angle is formed between the first sweep angle and the second sweep angle, such that a phase difference is formed in air passing through the diffuser blades, and thus, air flow noise may be reduced.
Exhaust Fan for a Commercial Kitchen
An exhaust system for exhausting air from appliances in a commercial kitchen is described. The exhaust system comprises an exhaust fan that includes a housing, a motor mounted in the housing, and a fan directly driven by the motor. A motor compartment surrounds the motor. Cooling air is induced into and through the housing and directed into the motor compartment for cooling the motor. Cooling air is discharged from a motor compartment and mixed with exhaust air to form an air mixture that is directed through the housing of the exhaust fan.
DIFFUSER, DIFFUSER ASSEMBLY, AND AIR CONDITIONER HAVING THE SAME
A diffuser, which is used in an air conditioner, includes a central portion where a motor is disposed, and a plurality of blades radially disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the central portion and arranged at regular intervals along the outer circumferential surface of the central portion. An outer guide wall is disposed concentrically with the central portion and is formed to surround the plurality of blades. The outer guide wall includes a plurality of openings formed in a plurality of portions each of which corresponds to a space between two adjacent blades among the plurality of blades.
Axial outlet centrifugal-type blower device with noise reducing space
A bladed wheel of a blower device has a main plate, a side plate and multiple fan blades between the main plate and the side plate. A fan casing of the blower device has a bell mouth portion and a guide wall portion, which extends in a radial-outward direction from an axial rear-side end of the bell mouth portion to an outer periphery of the side plate. An air reflecting space is formed in the fan casing at a radial-outside position of the guide wall portion and at an axial front-side position of the fan casing between an axial rear-side end of the guide wall portion and an axial front-end wall portion of the fan casing. Air blown out from the bladed wheel flows through an air blow-out passage, wherein sound wave of the air from the bladed wheel and sound wave of the air from the air reflecting space interfere with each other so that noise is decreased.
CENTRIFUGAL FAN
A centrifugal fan is provided and includes an impeller, a motor, a first case and a second case. The motor is connected with the impeller to drive the impeller to rotate. The first case and the second case are assembled to form an accommodation space for accommodating the impeller and the motor. The first case includes a first side, a first guiding wall, a flow inlet and a flow outlet. The flow inlet is disposed on the first side, the first guiding wall is connected with the first side, and the flow outlet and the flow inlet are located at a same side of the centrifugal fan. The second case includes a second side and a second guiding wall connected with the second side. The first guiding wall and the second guiding wall are assembled to form a flow guiding channel, which has cross-sectional areas with different sizes.
