FLUID PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
A pilot pressure supply solenoid valve (36) is disposed in a flow path connecting an inlet port (16) and a pilot chamber (48), and a pilot pressure discharge solenoid valve (38) is disposed in a flow path through which a pressure fluid in the pilot chamber is discharged to the exterior. A flow path, through which the pressure fluid that has passed through a supply valve (26) is discharged to the exterior, is not provided.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM
A hydraulic drive system raises and lowers an object by supplying and discharging operating oil to and from each of two ports of an actuator and includes a control device, first to third electromagnetic proportional control valves, a hydraulic pump, a control valve, and a lock valve. When a second pilot pressure is output, the control valve causes the operating oil to be discharged from a first port in order to lower the object. The lock valve is disposed so as to be able to prevent the operating oil from being discharged from the first port by closing a path between the first port and the control valve, and only when a third pilot pressure is output, allows the operating oil to be discharged from the first port by opening the path between the first port and the control valve.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM
A hydraulic drive system raises and lowers an object by supplying and discharging operating oil to and from two ports of an actuator and includes a control device, first to fifth electromagnetic proportional control valves, first and second hydraulic pumps, a first and second control valve, and a lock valve. When a fourth pilot pressure is output, the second control valve causes the operating oil to be discharged from a first port in order to lower the object. The lock valve prevents the operating oil from being discharged from the first port by closing a path between the first port and the second control valve, and when a fifth pilot pressure is output from the fifth electromagnetic proportional control valve per an operating device, discharges the operating oil from the first port by opening the path between the first port and the second control valve, to lower the object.
SERVO VALVE FLAPPER AND NOZZLE STRUCTURE
An integral flapper and nozzle structure for a servo valve assembly whereby the flapper, orifices and nozzles are formed by sheets of metal formed into a single component.
Servo valve assembly
A servo valve assembly includes a housing defining a cylindrical cavity having a central axis, and a spool disposed in the cavity and co-axially aligned with the central axis. A pair of transition portions define opposing conical cavity surfaces each connect a respective one of first and second cylindrical cavity portions with a third cylindrical cavity portion. The spool comprises a pair of blocking members projecting radially, and each of the blocking members defines a conical blocking surface opposing a respective one of the conical cavity surfaces to define a fluid flow passage therebetween. A cone angle of each conical blocking surface relative to the central is equal to a cone angle of the opposing conical cavity surface relative to the central axis. The spool is moveable along the central axis to vary a flow area of the flow passages between the conical blocking surfaces and the conical cavity surfaces.
Servo valve flapper and nozzle structure
An integral flapper and nozzle structure for a servo valve assembly whereby the flapper, orifices and nozzles are formed by sheets of metal formed into a single component.
EXCAVATOR
An excavator includes a control valve configured to control hydraulic oil to be supplied to an actuator, based on pilot pressure; an electric operation device configured to output an operation signal; a gate lock device; a gate lock valve provided on a pilot line supplying the pilot pressure to the control valve, and configured to open or close according to a state of the gate lock device, so as to switch between a locked state and a released state; a proportional valve provided on the pilot line; and a control part configured to receive as input the operation signal, to control the proportional valve, wherein the control part determines, in a case where the gate lock valve is in the locked state by the gate lock device and an operation is performed on the electric operation device, the operation as an operational error.
Proportional Valve Spool with Linear Flow Gain
An example spool includes a shaft varying in diameter along a length of the shaft, and a plurality of annular lands formed on the shaft and spaced-apart by respective reduced diameter annular neck portions. The plurality of annular lands comprise at least one annular metering land, and wherein the at least one annular metering land comprises: one or more sine notches formed as a portion of a sine wave, and one or more additional notches having a different shape from the one or more sine notches.
Drive device for hydraulic cylinder in work machine
Provided is a driving apparatus capable of effectively preventing impact at the stroke end in the hydraulic cylinder. The driving apparatus includes a hydraulic pump, a cylinder control valve, an operation member, a drive command input unit inputting a cylinder drive command corresponding to a cylinder operation applied to the operation member to the cylinder control valve, a cylinder stroke detection unit, a cylinder drive command restriction unit restricting the cylinder drive command in response to the cylinder stroke to stop a piston of a hydraulic cylinder before the stroke end.
Hydraulic system of working machine
A hydraulic system of a working machine includes a hydraulic pump to output a hydraulic fluid, at least one proportional valve to deliver the hydraulic fluid to a supply target, a valve body including the proportional valve, a heat-up fluid passage in the valve body and into which the hydraulic fluid flows, a switching valve switchable between an open position in which the hydraulic fluid passing through the heat-up fluid passage is supplied to a hydraulic device and a closed position in which the hydraulic fluid is not supplied thereto and the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic device is to be returned, a controller to operate the switching and proportional valves, and a return circuit through which the hydraulic fluid flowing into the heat-up fluid passage is returned as a result of at least one of the switching and proportional valves being operated by the controller.
