Pressure manifold system for dialysis
A medical fluid pneumatic manifold system includes a plurality of pump and valve chambers for controlling a flow of medical fluid, a header including a plurality of pneumatic passageways, each passageway in pneumatic communication with one of the pump or valve chambers, a plurality of electrically actuated pneumatic valves, and a plate defining a plurality of pneumatic apertures, wherein the header and the plurality of electrically actuated pneumatic valves are separately attached to the plate, such that each pneumatic aperture in the plate is placed in pneumatic communication with one of the plurality of pneumatic passageways of the header and one of the electrically actuated pneumatic valves.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR A VALVE FIXATION
Devices and a method are described herein for fixing a valve to a base via a single point on the base. The valve may be fixed to the base using a plate inserted through a slot in the base and along a face of the valve body. The plate may include a head at one end to retain the plate in the slot. A valve may also be fixed to a base using a combination of a brace and a screw that threads into the base. The brace may include a lip that fits into a grove on the shaft of the screw. The valve body may include a lip to retain the combined screw and brace when the screw is not threaded into the base.
Fluid device for suction gripping
A fluid flow device including a plurality of fluid flow functional modules each fastened on a respective individual base includes: two parallel lateral faces via which the bases are adapted to be placed against one another; a primary channel passing through the base to open out in its two lateral faces; a front face along which the module extends so as to couple an inlet channel of said module with a secondary channel extending in the base; a check valve closing the secondary channel when the base is not provided with a module; and a top face in which there extends a tertiary channel opening out in the primary channel. The device further includes a fastener for fastening the bases to one another, leaktight couplers for coupling the primary channel and the tertiary channel to a source of fluid under pressure.
VALVE MODULE SYSTEM
Valve module system for supplying compressed air to a compressed air consumer, in which valve modules can be provided with differently configured channel plates in order to enter into fluid communication with fluid channels of a carrier plate, with several connecting channels are formed, which are designed to connect a first valve connection and a second valve connection of a valve assembly to a channel opening of a fluid channel.
Diagnostic valve island
A modular valve island 100 comprising a plurality of valves, a supply exhaust module 6, a data communication module 7 and a diagnostic module 8. At least one of the plurality of valves has at least one integrated sensor configured to detect an operating condition of the modular valve island. The at least one integrated sensor is electrically connected to the diagnostic module 8, to send sensor signals thereto. The diagnostic module 8 is configured to receive and process the sensor signals therein to identify the operating condition. The modular valve island 100 is configured to provide data relating to the operating condition of the modular valve island 100 via at least one of: a user interface provided in the diagnostic module 8; an industrial Ethernet link; or a wireless network and/or cloud communication link.
Valve assembly
A valve assembly comprises a fastening element and at least one valve configured to be removably mounted to the fastening element. The fastening element includes a fastening body and a plurality of fastening islands. The fastening element has an elongated shape along a direction of elongation and is configured to be fastened in an automotive vehicle by at rear face of the fastening body. The fastening body comprises a plurality of openings aligned along the direction of elongation, each fastening island being housed in a respective through opening and is mechanically coupled to the fastening body by flexible means. The valve includes a casing, and is configured to be removably mounted in a mounted position to a respective fastening island at a front face thereof by attachment means configured to mount the valve to the fastening island according to a sliding movement and/or a rotating movement.
Manifold air pressure feeder and manifold block for use in manifold air pressure feeder
[Object] To provide a manifold air pressure feeder and a manifold block for use in the manifold air pressure feeder that yield reductions in the piping installation work and other workloads associated with a pressure sensor configured to determine the pressure of compressed air in the manifold block and save installation space. [Solution] An air pressure feeder 1 includes a manifold block 10 and a switching valve block 30. A first port group and a first flow path group are located in the manifold block 10. The switching valve block 30 includes a spool 33 to perform switching between communication states of a plurality of ports in a second port group. These blocks are linked directly or indirectly to each other via an ejector including a connection flow path group that forms a connection between each port in one of the port groups and the corresponding port in the other ort group. The manifold block 10 includes a pressure sensor assembly 40, which measure air pressure in a second feed flow path 16b and includes a sensor part 41 and a sensor substrate part 45. The manifold block includes a sensor installation cavity 23, which communicates with the second feed flow path. The sensor part is inserted and fixed in the sensor installation cavity.
