An expandable solenoid system having a sequence controller assembly and at least two zone expander solenoid valve assemblies fastened in a staggered configuration. Each zone expander solenoid valve assembly has a zone expander solenoid and a flanged valve body assembly. The valve block has threaded bolt holes, unthreaded bolt holes, an output port, and a threaded pressure source port having an O-ring groove. The threaded bolt holes and the unthreaded bolt holes have different depths and are alternately positioned around a perimeter of the valve block. The first flanged valve body assembly is fastened to the second flanged valve body assembly and so on, in a staggered configuration, whereby respective zone expander solenoids are in a zigzag geometry and creating an expandable manifold.

A valve arrangement includes a housing arrangement (12), (18), a first spool valve (1a, 1b) having a first spool (3a, 3b) and a second spool valve (2a, 2b) having a second spool (4a, 4b), wherein the first spool valve (1a, 1b) and the second spool valve (2a, 2b) each includes a supply channel arrangement having a pump channel (5) and a tank channel (6), and a working port arrangement having two working ports (8, 9), wherein the spools (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) control a flow path between the supply channel arrangement (5, 6) and the working port arrangements (7, 8). In such a valve arrangement, it should be possible to simply adapt the control behaviour to different purposes. To this end, the working port arrangement (7, 8) is arranged in a flange (16a, 16b) connected to the housing arrangement (13, 14; 19, 20).

This invention relates to a sectional hydraulic valve and a truck mounted forklift incorporating the distributor. The sectional hydraulic valve comprises an inlet cover, a plurality of hydraulic sections and an end cap. The hydraulic sections each having a pump gallery, a tank gallery, an A port, a B port, a spool and a remote pilot gallery. The end cap comprises a pump port coupled to the pump gallery, a tank port coupled to the tank gallery and a connecting conduit between the pump port and the tank port. The end cap further comprises a remote pilot gallery port coupled to the remote pilot gallery, a fluid passageway between the remote pilot gallery port and the connecting conduit, and a valve assembly operable to selectively permit or restrict flow of hydraulic fluid between the connecting conduit in the end cap and the remote pilot gallery in the hydraulic section.
