CRANE HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM AND CRANE
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cranes, and in particular to a crane hydraulic control system and a crane. The crane hydraulic control system of the present disclosure includes a prime mover, an execution control mechanism, a hydraulic baking device, a running energy recycling device and an operation energy recycling device. By means of cooperation among the operation energy recycling device, the energy recovery device and the hydraulic energy conversion device, kinetic energy in a driving braking process of the crane and the potential energy in a load lowing process are respectively converted into hydraulic energy for recovery, storage and reuse, therefore, the present disclosure can achieve the recovery of the superstructure energy and the lower vehicle energy of the crane so as to effectively reduce the energy waste.
Control system, work machine, and control method
A control system includes: a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump; a passage connecting the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump with each other; an opening/closing device provided in the passage and configured to open and close the passage; a control device configured to control the opening/closing device to switch between a split-flow state in which the passage is closed and a connected state in which the passage is open; a first actuator to which hydraulic fluid discharged from the first hydraulic pump is supplied in the split-flow state; and a second actuator to which hydraulic fluid discharged from the second hydraulic pump is supplied in the split-flow state. In the connected state, the control device controls the opening/closing device so that the connected state is maintained even when either one of the first actuator and the second actuator is brought into a driven state.
Control system, work machine, and control method
A control system includes a cylinder pressure data acquisition unit that acquires cylinder pressure data indicating a pressure of operating oil of a hydraulic cylinder; an operation amount data acquisition unit that acquires operation amount data of an operating device; a pump flow rate calculation unit that calculates a first pump flow rate indicating a flow rate of the operating oil discharged from a first hydraulic pump and a second pump flow rate indicating a flow rate of the operating oil discharged from a second hydraulic pump in a splitting state in which a passage is closed based on the cylinder pressure data and the operation amount data; and a pump control unit that controls the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump based on the first pump flow rate and the second pump flow rate.
Control valve compensation system
A Control Valve Compensation System for producing both a pre-compensated and a post-compensated load sensing hydraulic directional control valve module, wherein both configurations use the same components except for a sliding compensating component. The Control Valve Compensation System generally includes a hydraulic directional control valve housing which is adapted to be easily-interchangeable between a load sensing pre-compensated pressure configuration and a load sensing post-compensated pressure configuration by simply removing and replacing a different compensator assembly within the housing. The compensator assembly is adapted to direct oil flow through the housing while simultaneously providing compensation for the valve function. Directional valve assemblies may be provided, with the valve assemblies functioning to provide post-compensated functions, pre-compensated functions, and mixed pre- and post-compensated functions. These directional valve functions can be re-configured in the field by simply swapping the compensator assemblies to produce the desired functionality of the end-user at that particular time.
HYDRAULIC VALVE WITH PRESSURE LIMITER FUNCTION
A hydraulic system includes first and second valve assemblies connected to a common pump. The first valve assembly includes a main valve housed inside a manifold. A pressure compensator valve maintains a constant pressure drop across a variable orifice of the main valve. A pressure limiter valve is in communication with the main valve and the pressure compensator valve, and allows an actuator connected to the first valve assembly to operate independently of the second valve assembly so that fluid flow to a work port of the first valve assembly is not interrupted by operation of the second valve assembly.
Constant pressure hydraulic circuit with relief protection independent of pressure circuit
A hydraulic circuit for an agricultural implement consisting of a hydraulic cylinder that exerts a force on a component of the implement. A pressure reduction valve located between a hydraulic power source and the hydraulic cylinder maintains pressure to no more than a preset maximum to protect the hydraulic cylinder by routing excess hydraulic fluid back through a hydraulic line into a reservoir. A pressure relief valve with a preset maximum pressure greater than that of the pressure reduction valve is located between the pressure reduction valve and the hydraulic cylinder, and is connected to the reservoir through a dedicated return line. If hydraulic fluid pressure in the circuit increases to greater than the maximum of the pressure reduction valve, hydraulic fluid is diverted back to the reservoir through the pressure relief valve and a dedicated return line.
Control system, work machine, and control method
A control system for controlling a work machine including a working unit including elements and actuators that drives the elements includes: a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump each of which supplies operating oil to at least one of the actuators; and a control device that calculates a distribution flow rate of operating oil distributed to each of the actuators based on an operating state of the working unit and switches, based on the calculated distribution flow rate, between a first state in which the operating oil supplied from both the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump is supplied to the actuators and a second state in which the actuator to which the operating oil is supplied from the first hydraulic pump is different from the actuator to which the operating oil is supplied from the second hydraulic pump.
